(2) When the conductor is laid overhead, its safe distance must meet the specification requirements. When the distribution line is protected by fuse short circuit, the rated current of the melt must be less than 2.5 times the allowable cutoff value of the cable or the insulated conductor passing through the pipe, or 1.5 times the allowable cutoff value of the exposed insulated conductor.
(3) Electrical operators should conscientiously implement the specifications, correctly connect wires and crimp terminals. All kinds of switch plugs should be pressed firmly.
(4) The fire resistance rating of the power distribution room is greater than Grade III, and a sand box and an insulating fire extinguisher are set indoors. Strictly implement the operation degree of transformer, and conduct power outage cleaning inspection four times a year every quarter. It is forbidden to overload the motor at the site, and there shall be no combustible materials around the motor.
(5) Electric furnaces are strictly prohibited on the construction site. When using iodine tungsten lamp, the distance between lamps and combustible materials should be more than 30cm, and lamps with power exceeding 100w are not allowed indoors. Bedside lamps are strictly prohibited.
(6) When using electric welding machine, the system of using fire certificate must be implemented and supervised. There should be no flammable materials around the welding machine, and fire prevention equipment should be provided. The welding machine should be placed in a well-ventilated place.
(7) Lightning protection, grounding and anti-static measures should be taken for large-scale equipment and electrical equipment that may generate static electricity on the construction site to avoid fire caused by lightning electrostatic sparks.
(8) It is forbidden to store sundries and flammable items in the distribution box and switch box.
