High oil content, what sewage treatment process is used?
Oil-gas separation and flotation technology. The answer comes from environmental protection. First, the production wastewater is intercepted by removing large suspended impurities through the grid to prevent the pipeline and equipment from being blocked in the later stage. And then flows into the oil separation sedimentation regulating tank. After the wastewater in the regulating tank is homogenized, it is pumped into the air flotation tank to remove grease and a large number of dissolved suspended solids. Effluent from the air flotation tank flows into the hydrolytic acidification tank by itself, and the anaerobic hydrolysis of anaerobic microorganisms in the hydrolytic acidification tank decomposes macromolecular organics in wastewater into micromolecule organics, which creates favorable conditions for subsequent aerobic treatment in the aeration tank, and at the same time, removes a lot of SS and part of COD, and the effluent from the hydrolytic acidification tank flows into the contact oxidation tank by itself with the backflow of the biochemical tank. Organic matter contained in wastewater can be degraded by the metabolism of aerobic microorganisms in aeration tank, and part of chromaticity in wastewater can also be removed by the action of aerobic microorganisms. The aeration tank water is further treated by biofilm and separated from sludge, and the MBR effluent is disinfected and discharged up to standard. The surplus sludge generated in the regulating tank, MBR tank and hydrolytic acidification tank is sent to the sludge concentration tank, and after concentration, it enters the screw stacker for sludge dehydration, and the dry sludge is transported out regularly, and the separated clean water flows back to the regulating tank.
