With the continuous development of agricultural productivity, crop planting structure improvement, crop production per unit area growth and crop purchase price increase, crop production value per unit area has undergone a large change, the need for the expropriation of land in 1992 to make appropriate adjustments to the annual value of production and ground attachment compensation standards. According to the "shandong province implementation & lt; land management law & gt; approach" and the province's agricultural production development changes, the expropriation of land annual output value standards and ground attachment compensation standards are adjusted as follows:
A, expropriation of land annual output value (including the main, by-products) standards:
1, arable land
(1) grain crop fields
Plain area: 10,500-19500 yuan/ha (700-1300 yuan/mu)
Mountainous hills: 9,000-15,000 yuan/ha (600-1,000 yuan/mu)
(2) Grain, cotton, oil, tobacco, vegetables, and other mixed-crop fields
Plain areas: 15,000-25,500 yuan/ha (1,000-1,700 Yuan mu)
Mountainous hills: 12,000-18,000 yuan/ha (800-1,200 yuan/mu)
(3) Vegetable land (year-round cultivation) 18,000-30,000 yuan/ha (1,200-2,000 yuan/mu), with a maximum of 36,000 yuan/ha (2,400 yuan/mu); compensation for greenhouses and greenhouses is calculated separately.
2. Orchard land: determined with reference to neighboring arable land (food crop fields); tree compensation is calculated separately.

II. Compensation standards for ground attachments:
Specific compensation standards are listed in the attached table. Those not listed in the table:
1. Nursery seedlings: according to the species of seedlings and the cultivation period, transplanting and loss fees of 30,000-90,000 yuan/ha (2,000-6,000 yuan/mu).
2. Fish ponds: according to the construction standard, the cost of earthwork and loss of fish fry 60000-150,000 yuan/ha (4000-10000 yuan/mu).
3. Lotus root ponds: 45,000-90,000 yuan/ha (3,000-6,000 yuan/mu) for earth and stone works and loss of lotus root seedlings.
4. Other ground attachments not listed are compensated with reference to similar situations in the table. If the compensation cannot be referred to, it will be reported to the municipal price department to determine the compensation standard.
