The road design level of this project is the first-class urban trunk road, with a design speed of 50km/h, a two-way four-lane scale and a second-class urban tunnel.

The project is located in Jin 'an District, Fuzhou, at the southern foot of Jinji Mountain. The line starts from Hudong Road in the west, crosses Jin 'an River, passes through Jinji Mountain and reaches Sanba Road in the east, with a total length of 1. The length of 9km tunnel is about 1. 6km, two-way four-lane scale. The project mainly includes a tunnel, a simply supported beam bridge with a span of 20m and wiring at both ends. The open-cut section of the tunnel adopts a single-box double-chamber structure, and the underground excavation section adopts a separated double-hole tunnel, and the overall linear layout is fish-bellied. The tunnel is arranged with two holes and two double lines, which run east-west, with a total length of 1650m and a minimum curve radius of 700m m. The starting point K0+000 is located at Hudong Road, about 90m away from Jin Quan Road, at K0+524. 6. Enter the tunnel excavation section, go under the school and the houses in Helin Village, enter the open-cut section at K 1+350, and end at the No.38 Road about 200m from the East Second Ring Road. The clear distance of tunnel excavation section is 5m ~ 24m. There are 6 crosswalks along the line, including 5 crosswalks for vehicles, 1 crosswalk for vehicles and pedestrians 1, 2 rainwater pump houses and 1 management room 1. This year's quality management mainly includes bored pile construction, steel bar construction, concrete construction, open-cut waterproof and drainage engineering, tunnel excavation construction, grouting construction, steel arch fabrication and installation, shotcrete, anchor construction and tunnel waterproof and drainage construction.

Quality problems easy to occur in construction

1. Bored pile: the diameter and depth of the hole are not enough, and the phenomenon of broken pile and floating cage occurs when pouring concrete.

2. Steel bar construction: the spacing between steel bars is large, the welding quality is poor, and the uneven joint of casing leads to excessive wire leakage or unqualified steel wire casing, and the steel bars are not derusted.

3. Concrete construction: formwork reinforcement is not firm, warehouse cleaning is not clean, and concrete supply is not timely, resulting in cold joints, unsatisfactory slump and poor appearance quality.

4. Waterproof and drainage in open cut section: the retaining pile leaks, the mortar plastering is uneven before the waterproofing membrane is laid, the waterproofing membrane is not firmly pasted, and the holes are not repaired.

5, tunnel excavation:

(1) Overexcavation and underexcavation are serious.

(2) Grouting: Tunnel grouting has always been a difficult point in quality control. It often happens that the grouting pressure can't meet the requirements, the mixture ratio is not assured, and the information is falsified, which is easy to cause grouting leakage.

(3) Steel arch construction: the arch connecting plate is less than the design steel plate thickness, the bolt strength is not enough (using non-national standard bolts), the arch radian is not standardized, and the arch installation spacing is greater than the design value.

(4) Spraying concrete: the initial spraying is not carried out according to the design requirements or the initial spraying thickness is not enough, and there are holes behind the sprayed concrete.

(5) Anchor construction: the anchor length and spacing are insufficient, so grouting is not required.

(6) Waterproof and drainage: the water stop is not installed vertically, the damage is not repaired, the waterproof board is not welded tightly, and the holes are not handled in time.

In view of the above problems, the following measures will be taken to prevent accidents:

1. Detailed technical disclosure shall be made before drilling pile construction. The disclosure should be operable, not platitudes, and should be implemented in every team, every rig and every worker. After the hole is finally formed, the technicians of our project department will personally check the hole and recheck the measuring rope. Before lowering the reinforcing cage, the standard hole finder should be lowered, and the next procedure can be carried out only after it meets the requirements. When grouting piles, the length of the conduit should be calculated according to the size of the hopper, and the distance between the opening of the conduit and the bottom of the hole should not exceed 70cm. The grouting length is calculated according to the volume, and the length of pipe removal is controlled by the on-site technician. Punch holes before pouring, and test the specific gravity of mud to prevent floating cage.

2, steel bar construction, steel bar spacing, technicians on-site process tracking control, in strict accordance with the drawings. The welding of steel bars shall be carried out by qualified welders. The steel bars connected to the sleeve shall be cut by a grinder, and a cutting machine is strictly prohibited. The steel bar joints cut by the cutting machine are uneven, and the internal docking is not good after threading. Reinforcement shall be covered and padded when entering the site, and rusty reinforcement shall be derusted before use.

3, technical disclosure before concrete construction, in strict accordance with the engineering plan for template reinforcement. My project uses commercial concrete, and the mixing station is informed the day before each concrete pouring to avoid the indoor traffic peak and ensure the uninterrupted supply of concrete. Slump test should be carried out for the concrete in the mixing station after each pouring, and those that do not meet the requirements should be returned. Plastering shall be carried out after pouring, and water curing shall be carried out after demoulding to ensure smooth and beautiful concrete.

4. Waterproof and drainage shall be carried out in the open-cut section, and high-pressure jet grouting pile shall be used to stop water at the joint of retaining pile. Before the construction of high-pressure jet grouting pile, make technical disclosure, strictly control the mixture ratio of cement slurry, and control the lifting speed when piling to ensure the piling effect. After excavation, the retaining piles shall be leveled with sprayed concrete, then leveled with mortar plaster, and then waterproof coiled materials shall be laid. Waterproof coiled material should meet the quality requirements of specifications, and the lap length should meet the design requirements. The holes caused by construction should be repaired in time, and the next procedure can be carried out only after passing the acceptance.

5, tunnel excavation:

(1) Before tunnel excavation, survey and layout shall be carried out according to the construction method of "short footage, weak blasting and diligent survey". Ensure that the over-excavation and under-excavation are controlled within the design scope.

(2) Detailed technical disclosure shall be made before tunnel grouting, and the grouting parts shall be made by technicians themselves. The pressure gauge for grouting shall be calibrated by the local quality supervision station, and the mixture ratio of cement slurry shall be tested. It is forbidden to install circulating pipeline on grouting machine to prevent data unrealization. After grouting, core inspection should be carried out to prevent leakage and ensure that the grouting is full and dense.

(3) During the construction of steel arch, technicians are equipped with tape measure and caliper. The tape measure measures the length of arch and steel plate, and the caliper measures the thickness. Bolts shall conform to national standards, and the strength shall be tested by qualified testing units. Arch radian control: draw a standard radian template frame on the open space, and then check the error against the processed arch, which must meet the design requirements. Arch installation requires that every arch installation must be reported to the technician for inspection before the next process can be carried out. Our project technicians should control the arch spacing and connection quality.

(4) The shotcrete construction shall be supervised by technical personnel, and the rebar with the same thickness as the shotcrete shall be buried as the logo. After shotcreting is completed, cover the identification reinforcement according to the standard. After 28 days of strength, the shotcrete should be cored to detect the thickness, whether there are holes inside and the strength of the concrete.

(5) During anchor construction, in order to prevent quality problems, the whole process must be carried out under the supervision of technical personnel of our project department, otherwise it will be regarded as no construction. Prevent cutting corners and not grouting.

(6) Waterproof and drainage construction, construction process control, process control by on-site technicians. Follow up and check the whole process, rectify the problems on site, and do not proceed to the next working procedure if it does not meet the requirements.
