Article 4 The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the cause of traditional Chinese medicine into the national economy and social development planning, improve the management system of traditional Chinese medicine, set up a scientific department in charge of traditional Chinese medicine, and equip with full-time managers of traditional Chinese medicine. Article 5 The people's governments at or above the county level shall establish a coordination mechanism for the work of traditional Chinese medicine, study and solve major problems in the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
