(a) special equipment design documents, manufacturing units, product quality certification, use and maintenance instructions and other documents and installation of technical documents and information;?
(B) the regular inspection of special equipment and regular self-inspection records;
(C) the daily use of special equipment condition records;?
(d) special equipment and its safety accessories, safety protection devices, measurement and control devices and related ancillary instrumentation of the daily maintenance records;
(e) special equipment operation failures and accidents record.
Equipment files, refers to equipment from planning, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, renovation, updating to the end of the whole process of the formation of drawings, text descriptions, vouchers and records and other documents, through the continuous collection, collation, identification, and other work to establish the file.
