Self-evaluation of nurses 1
Time flies, I have gone from an ignorant college student to the society, entered the hospital and become a life-saving nurse. The following is my work self-evaluation since this year. Please give your valuable advice.
Since I entered Edong Vocational and Technical College in 20__, I have been devoted to my study and work with rigorous attitude and positive enthusiasm. Although there are tears of success and bitterness of failure, the increasingly fierce social competition makes me fully realize the importance of becoming an excellent college student with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique. But when I really came into contact with patients, I found that there was still a gap between clinical nursing and books. I not only have a solid theory and skilled operation. In any case, the past was a year of constant struggle and self-improvement.
Ideologically, adhere to the four cardinal principles. Require positive progress, love the motherland and love the people; Self-motivated, brave in criticism and self-criticism, and establish a correct outlook on life and values. Obey orders, audience orders. Can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital; Can actively participate in various activities organized by hospitals and departments, respect leaders and unite colleagues.
I am strict with myself in my study. With the strong pursuit of the goal and knowledge of becoming an excellent angels in white, I studied hard, studied hard, had a correct attitude and a clear goal, basically mastered some professional knowledge and skills, and integrated theory with practice; In addition to learning professional knowledge, we also pay attention to the expansion of all aspects of knowledge, extensively dabble in other disciplines, and improve ideological and cultural quality.
At work, under the leadership of the director and the head nurse, I can be late and leave early. Correctly implement the doctor's advice and the operating rules of various nursing techniques, do a good job in basic nursing, strictly implement aseptic operation and the system of three checks and seven pairs. Find problems and solve them in time. I can integrate theory with practice in my work, and I can consult the head nurse and senior teachers in time if I don't understand any questions, so as to improve my professional level. Treat patients with civility and courtesy, behave kindly, worry about patients' worries and think about patients' thoughts. In addition to completing routine basic nursing, I have mastered professional knowledge and various nursing operations, often communicated with patients in wards, learned their dynamic psychology in time, made health education well, and made work plans for nurses.
In life, I have developed good living habits, full and orderly life, rigorous attitude towards life, good attitude and style of life, warm and generous, honest and trustworthy, ready to help others, have my own good accident principles, and can live in harmony with colleagues; Actively participate in various extracurricular activities, constantly enrich their own experience, and put limited life into unlimited nursing work.
The above is my personal work self-evaluation. I will continue to study hard in my future work and constantly improve my business ability. Make your theoretical knowledge and operational skills by going up one flight of stairs, so as to better serve patients. Strive to be an excellent nursing staff, worthy of the glorious title of angels in white!
Self-evaluation of nurses II
During the training, the dean asked us to work hard, be loyal to the organization, be honest with our superiors and have confidence in ourselves. Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang. Rules and regulations standardize our behavior and promote the management of personnel. Through the introduction of the rules, regulations and work flow of each department by the leaders of each department, we can understand the operation flow of each department in the work, provide the implementation basis for related work in the future, and bring convenience to clinical work.
Doctors' job responsibilities clarify the work content and responsibilities for us, which is conducive to improving our sense of responsibility, doing our own job well, and learning the basic operational requirements in clinical work, which is conducive to further improving our operational level. Through pre-job training, I also realized that the harmonious relationship between medical staff, patients and their families in the hospital will be conducive to the implementation of medical orders and nursing instructions and achieve better treatment results. Establishing good work and interpersonal relationships is of great significance to the improvement of our personal professional quality, service quality and service awareness. As a medical staff, smiling is the most basic. Smiling can bring warmth, comfort and hope to patients; At the same time, medical staff should be tolerant of patients, put themselves in their own shoes, apply what they have learned, really care about others, be a popular person and better integrate into the big family of society. In addition, the doctor-patient relationship is tense. To be a good doctor, we must first learn to protect ourselves in the current medical environment. The training of doctor-patient relationship class reminds us to improve our awareness of prevention, be cautious and standardized, and practice medicine according to law. The research on the procedure of dealing with the doctor-patient relationship provides us with a way to deal with medical disputes in the future, paving the way for dealing with medical disputes correctly.
Although this kind of training was short-lived, the enlightenment and education I received played an inestimable role in my future development. This training not only made me understand the information and service skills of the hospital in a short time, but more importantly, it conveyed a message to me that learning is the source of progress and the foundation of culture. Pre-job training is only the beginning of entrance study, and the next job training will be a continuous long-term learning process. I will actively participate in medical and health work as the owner of the hospital, constantly study and practice, and constantly improve myself!
Self-evaluation of nurses 3
Looking back on the work in the past six months, tension is accompanied by enrichment, busyness is accompanied by strength, and unity is accompanied by joy. Under the leadership of hospital leaders and department leaders, and with the mutual help of comrades, I successfully completed all the tasks I undertook. Time flies. In the past year, based on the post of nurse, I was good at summing up the experience and lessons in my work and doing a good job in nursing. The specific work assessment is as follows:
Ideological and moral aspects: obey the law and study legal knowledge seriously; I love my job, have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, actively learn the professional knowledge of nurses, have a correct working attitude and be serious and responsible. In the process of medical practice, we should strictly abide by the medical ethics and standardize the operation.
In terms of professional knowledge and working ability: with the goal of "doing better", we have cultivated innovative consciousness and successfully completed the following duties: seriously receiving every patient, treating every patient as their friends and relatives, and always putting themselves in others' shoes. Do a good job in writing medical documents. The writing of medical documents needs to be serious and responsible, with a correct attitude and clear thinking. I seriously study the writing standard of department documents, and carefully write ordinary care records, critical care records and rescue records. Abide by the rules and regulations and keep in mind the three basics (basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills). In order to improve the theoretical and operational level of each nurse, the nursing department often conducts theoretical and operational examinations and sets high standards for its own work. Correct working attitude. I hope all patients can recover as soon as possible, so every time I enter the ward, I spare no effort to encourage them with limited time, patiently help them understand the disease and establish confidence in overcoming it. I felt very happy when I saw the patient recover.
Nursing is a noble and sacred cause, and I am proud to be a member of the team of nurses. In my future work, I will redouble my efforts to make my due contribution to the nursing cause.
In half a year's work, I have adhered to the service concept of "patient-centered" and improved my quality and emergency response ability. Of course, I still have some shortcomings to improve. For example, at work, sometimes the standard is not high. Although I can basically perform my duties and obligations, my initiative needs to be further improved, which is what I need to improve and improve in the future. In the past year, I thank the hospital leaders and head nurses for their education, guidance, criticism and help, and my colleagues for their concern and support.
In half a year's work, I adhered to the service concept of "patient-centered" and improved my quality and emergency response ability. Of course, I still have some shortcomings to improve.
Learning: Insist on learning as an important way of self-improvement, actively participate in all kinds of learning organized by the unit, be strict with yourself, master specialist knowledge and various specialist nursing operations skillfully, and integrate theory with practice.
Work: obey the arrangement, be serious and responsible, be practical and willing to work, not afraid of hardship and fatigue. Actively cooperate with superior leaders and colleagues, correctly implement the doctor's advice and various nursing technical operating procedures, do a good job in basic nursing, and strictly implement aseptic operation and the system of three checks and seven pairs.
There are still many shortcomings and deficiencies. We should adapt to the development of society, constantly improve our ideological understanding, improve ourselves, correct our shortcomings and be an excellent nursing worker!
Nurse self-evaluation 4
Choosing to be an excellent and qualified nurse has always been my dream. I still deeply remember that on May 22nd, we came to Changsha _ _ Hospital with our dreams, the expectations of our school and the blessings of our teachers. We were very excited. I look forward to early clinical practice, early contact, and help patients to alleviate their pain, recover as soon as possible, and return to a happy home with a bright smile.
On May 28th, we ushered in the first internship site: the Joint Department of Spinal Surgery and Oncology, where most patients received chemotherapy for lumbar disc herniation and tumors. Under the leadership of teachers in Xiangya Hospital, we began to contact patients and clinical nursing, and with our efforts, passion and enthusiasm, we brought happiness, convenience and health to different patients every day. In this department, I take good care of patients and study hard. Every day, when I put on that white nurse's uniform, all the fatigue disappears, because I know that I am a nurse and I can't look listless than the patient. I am happy to work every day, although I just changed a medicine bottle for the patient, pulled out a needle and said a word to the patient.
In June 1 1, we switched from spinal surgery combined with oncology to organ transplantation. The patients in this department are different from those in other departments, and the requirements are very strict. This department is mainly composed of patients after kidney transplantation and liver transplantation. In this department, we have seen different medical fields, learned different nursing methods and improved our understanding of the concept of sterility. Even if we only prepare a bottle of medicine for a patient, we can't be careless at all, so we and our teachers are very careful.
On July 2 nd, the third session of the internship department: urology with the most patients and beds. Most of them are stones and tumors, and patients are waiting for surgery. The teacher keeps us busy every day. Although I am busy in this department and sometimes tired, I am not afraid of being tired or suffering, because my dream has been jumping. With this, I am not afraid of anything. In this department, the improvement of self-feeling technology is the most basic gain. Compared with the first two departments, there are many more opportunities to start working. Every day we are learning different things and absorbing the essence.
On July 23, the fourth session of the internship department: pediatrics. What shocked me most after coming to the hospital for so long was pediatrics. It's not because pediatrics doesn't give us a chance to do it, and we can't draw blood or give injections. These basic operations, but in this department, I really saw the cry of heartbreaking. The plot of that night is vivid, and the teacher took us to work in picu that night. Seeing a row of doctors around a 7-month-old boy, we were helpless. At that time, I was very sad, and I was very sad. I prayed that God would give him a chance to live. After three hours of rescue, there is still no way. When his family learned the news, his mother couldn't hold on. His father lost his voice and his grandmother fainted. Suddenly, the whole ward became dark, only when he left this world. We warmly welcome every life given by God, so that he can thrive and become a member of society, but the disease has taken away his young life. I know that illness is inevitable. But when I really understood this word, I found that I was not as strong and brave as I thought. Even, I can't imagine what it would be like if I were my family, but I was extremely worried and sad that night, and I deeply felt that people were alive. Our shortcomings are still obvious. Continue to study hard and cherish opportunities!
August 20 th, the fifth session of the internship department: obstetrics, the atmosphere of obstetrics should be the most relaxed, because new life is born every day, but our work policy is the same. We must follow the principle of three checks and seven pairs (name to bed number to drug name to concentration to time to method), aseptic concept, accompanied by teachers. So the pace of our work is still very fast. With the passage of time, teachers' teaching and our efforts, our work has become more and more bold and cautious, and we have slowly embarked on the track, and we are constantly growing.
After three months' internship and waiting to stay in the clinic, I found that the requirements for studying medicine were so strict that it far exceeded my imagination. It's not just dressing change and injection, the scope of nursing is extensive and profound, and we still need to work hard all the time. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to learn, and for training us so attentively. I see advanced technology here.
I also understand the responsibility and honor of being a nurse. Patients can't do without our nurses, doctors can't do without our nurses, and hospitals can't do without our nurses. I will cherish every day of internship in Xiangya, I will work hard, become an excellent and qualified nurse as soon as possible, and give myself and the school a satisfactory answer sheet!
Nurse self-evaluation 5
First, strengthen service awareness and improve service quality.
Adhere to the patient-centered and take the interests and needs of patients as the starting point. If the nurse is required to quickly push the car to the emergency room door after hearing the sound of the ambulance, the patient will be admitted. Provide patients with facial tissues, paper cups and boiled water. Register for the unaccompanied elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled to take medicine. Every emergency inpatient is escorted to the hospital by a nurse or nurse. In order to solve the problem that there are many transfusion patients at night in summer, flexible scheduling is implemented to increase the number of people going to work at night. These measures have been welcomed by patients. Especially in disputes between doctors and patients, even when we beat and scold our medical staff, our nursing staff tried their best to explain reasonably, and they didn't fight back or scold, which was praised by the hospital.
Second, strengthen learning and cultivate high-quality teams.
The emergency department formulates a learning system and plans to strengthen the professional knowledge learning of nursing staff. To carry out emergency professional training and send nurses to anesthesiology department and operating room to learn tracheal intubation requires everyone to pass eight emergency operations. Learn the new progress of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, acute coronary syndrome first aid and trauma first aid with doctors. Improve the level of emergency rescue and the speed of rescue response. General practitioners consciously learn from Wei Ran. At present, there are 8 nurses taking the national higher education nursing junior college classes and undergraduate self-study exams. Two nurses who worked for one year passed the nurse's practice examination. Assign senior nurses to study the new concept of national emergency nursing and emergency simulated first aid training.
Third, do a good job in teaching new nurses and interns.
According to the working characteristics of the emergency department, a three-month training plan for new nurses is made, which requires new nurses to master first aid procedures, pre-hospital first aid, how to answer emergency calls, master the use of all instruments in the emergency department, and strengthen theoretical study and assessment within three months. In the first year of training, good results have been achieved. For interns, let go of their eyes and give small lectures every week.
Fourth, care for life and race against time.
It is the direction of the emergency department's efforts, and it is also a promise to do a good job of "urgency". For example, the patient who was sent to the emergency department on October 7th, 20 _+65438/KLOC-0, was unconscious, emotional, unresponsive, with bloody fluid overflowing from his mouth and open fractures of both lower limbs. As soon as the nurse on duty saw it, she was given oxygen and intravenous injection, and decisively took tracheal intubation, sputum aspiration and oxygen inhalation, and at the same time opened a green channel to win valuable time for rescuing patients.
Five, do a good job in the management of first-aid drugs and first-aid equipment.
The preparation of first-aid drugs and the debugging of various first-aid equipment are the basis of first-aid work. Now there is a special person in charge of every job, and the responsibility is carried out to people, so that the class can check regularly. During this year, there was no influence on the rescue work because of first-aid drugs and first-aid equipment.
Self-evaluation of nurses 6
Entering pediatrics, I learned from the teachers that pediatrics is a comprehensive department, covering various diseases of internal medicine and surgery. However, the types of children's diseases are very different from those of adults: the onset is urgent, the momentum is fierce and the changes are rapid. Therefore, we nurses should formulate a series of corresponding nursing measures according to the characteristics of their diseases. Because of children's own characteristics and young age, they can't or can't accurately describe their illness, and they don't know how to cooperate with medical staff. Therefore, pediatric nursing has many contents, great difficulties and high requirements. In addition to basic nursing and disease care, there are a lot of life care and health education. The patient's condition should be carefully observed, and the doctor should be informed in time if any changes are found.
After understanding the basic situation of pediatric nursing, I began to devote myself to internship. Under the tireless teaching of clinical teachers, I have continuously studied and explored professional knowledge and accumulated some work experience. Perhaps these experiences are just a drop of water in the vast ocean; A pebble in the vast desert is a precious treasure to me, just like a wave on the vast beach, leaving countless sparkling shells, which are worth cherishing and remembering. Perhaps these gains are relatively small, but I believe that success is accumulated on every small progress. "Rome was not built in a day."
After a month's pediatric practice, I have grown a lot, gradually getting rid of the childishness of the school and becoming mature. In the "post", I not only learned the most basic skills of a nurse, but also learned the nursing knowledge of diseases. More importantly, I learned how to communicate with patients' families. Pediatric care is for children. For every parent, the most precious thing is their children. Family members and medical staff are based on the concept of thinking about children. In addition to the exquisite infusion technology, it is also necessary to educate patients' families, such as diet education, environment, clothing, psychological care and so on. After preaching to my family, they expressed great gratitude to me, and I was particularly gratified that the fruits of my labor were appreciated.
To be an excellent pediatric nurse, it is not enough to have skills. We should fully embody the value of the role of "nurse" instead of working like a machine. We should be bosom friends of health educators and sick children. I have a deep experience in pediatrics. For example, there are many hematological diseases and tumors in the department, and chemotherapy is the first choice. Besides some routine operations, we should also do symptomatic nursing. The symptoms of a cold are fever, cough and even systemic symptoms, so we should do a good job in symptomatic care, pay attention to the indoor environment, light diet, rest and a series of education. If there is too much phlegm, the respiratory tract of the child should be kept unobstructed, and sputum suction, back patting and atomizing inhalation should be given. At the same time, we should also communicate with family members and introduce them to relevant knowledge, such as etiology and main manifestations. Teach parents the correct method of tapping the back to assist expectoration, guide parents to use drugs correctly, and give health guidance when leaving the hospital, such as reasonable feeding and strengthening physical exercise. In the usual practice, teachers are often seen preaching to parents, which requires flexible use of what they have learned in practice, which is a relatively high level in nursing work. Only by relaying it to the patients' families can it be shown that they really understand the book knowledge and can achieve mastery through comprehensive study, which is beneficial to both doctors and patients. Two weeks' experience has made me feel deeply and benefited a lot, and I have a deeper understanding of the role of nurse. Nurses are not only executors of nursing activities, but also health defenders and missionaries. You should have good professional quality, physical quality and communication skills, apply what you have learned flexibly to your work, and have keen observation at the same time. We send warmth to patients with our hands, and every operation gives patients hope of recovery and makes them see the dawn. Maybe we just sent a little care, but these are Noah's ark to help patients tide over the difficulties.
As a nurse, what I can do may be insignificant, but I have a correct understanding of the role of "nurse", give full play to my potential, and give full play to my ability to strive for better in my future work.
