My name is xx, joined Flextronics Electronic Equipment (Shenzhen) Co. on March 12, 2015, as a warehouse supervisor. At the same time, I participated in the monthly improvement activities of Flextronics. Mainly participated in the improvement projects are, reduce manufacturing lead time, improve inventory turnover, warehouse supermarket process improvement, optimize supply chain management, receiving, incoming material inspection process improvement, optimize packaging materials in the production line inventory, reduce the inventory of expired materials and so on.
