Service Commitment Part 9

1, the main personnel of the project are engineering and management personnel with practical experience, and in the bidding documents to provide a list of the appropriate personnel and qualification documents.

2, our unit will not be any reason to subcontract the contract, subcontracting or employment of other operating units of personnel to carry out the construction, otherwise, once verified, Party A can cancel our qualification for the transaction and retain the right to propose compensation.

3. All the information provided by Party A to our organization and all the results of our work (including intermediate information), the copyright belongs to Party A, and our organization will not be retained for use or transferred to a third party for use in any way.

4. If Party A commissions the relevant departments to carry out full quality supervision and inspection, we are willing to cooperate with the supervision unit at any time to carry out quality supervision and management.

5, after the completion of the project, the acceptance of the application three days in advance in the form of oral and written reports sent to Party A in the form of dual notification. In the acceptance period stipulated by Party A, we will fully cooperate with Party A to complete the acceptance work. If Party A commissions a third party to carry out the acceptance, we will also fully cooperate with it to complete the acceptance. In case of technical problems during the acceptance period, we will actively provide technical support and assistance, record the problems in a timely manner and put forward effective solutions.

6, we are willing to provide two years of quality assurance after the completion of the project, during which the project maintenance work is provided free of charge.

7, the project survival of technical problems, our personnel will be notified within 2 working days (rainy days postponed) to arrive at the scene and be resolved.
