XMT series digital display instruments are a new generation of industrial automation measurement and control instruments developed in recent years. The instruments adopt advanced medium and large-scale integrated circuits, apply unique electric nonlinear correction technology, and the setting forms are analog knob setting and digital dip switch setting. There are XMZ .XMT series consistent with moving coil instruments and XMZA, XMTA, XMTD and XMTE series designed accorDINg to international din standards. Compared with traditional moving coil instruments and electronic regulators, it has the advantages of high display accuracy, good temperature control performance, strong earthquake resistance, good reliability, clear reading, ignoring the difference, and long-distance observation; Lightweight, convenient installation and other advantages. There are many kinds of adjustment forms, such as two-position, three-position, time proportional, thyristor continuous adjustment, PID adjustment, etc., and the output function of over-limit alarm can be added according to the needs of users. IV. Use and adjustment

1. Check whether the graduation number of the instrument is the same as that of the temperature sensing element;
2. The instrument equipped with thermocouple may not be connected with 15Ω external resistance, which will not affect the accuracy. If the distance is far, the thermocouple and instrument shall be connected with corresponding compensation wires, and the polarity shall not be reversed, so as not to affect the accuracy; The installation position of the sensor should correctly and timely reflect the temperature rise and fall of the measured object; If it is found that the display of the instrument is abnormal, check whether the sensor connection is open (the instrument has the function of disconnection protection); Generally, instruments equipped with thermal resistance are not connected with three 5Ω external resistors, but the specifications and lengths of the three connecting wires of thermal resistance should be the same. If the lead is long, it is recommended to use external resistors, and this should be stated when ordering.
3. Insert the instrument into the mounting hole, and properly tighten the upper and lower or two mounting screws. Be careful not to tighten the screws too tightly to avoid damaging the housing.
4. xmz, XMZA and XMZD models: connected with power supply and temperature sensing element, the measured temperature value can be displayed without adjustment.
5. xmt–11, 12, XMTA-21, 22, XMTD-21, 22, XMT-81, 82 models: after connecting the instrument cables properly, turn the switch to the "setting" position and turn the setting knob. At this time, the digital display shows the required temperature value; After adjustment, turn the switch to "Measure". At this time, the digital display shows the actual temperature value of the measured object. When the actual value is lower than the set value, the green light will be on, and the total low pass and total high break of the relay will be output. When the actual value reaches or exceeds the set value, the red light will be on, and the total Qualcomm and total low break of the relay will be output. For the instrument set by dip switch, just dial the dip switch to the required temperature value after wiring, and the control state is the same as above.
6. xmt–121 (f), 122(F), xmta–221 (f), 222(F), xmtd–221 (f), 222(F): after the instrument is connected properly, turn the switch to "lower limit setting". Turn the switch to "upper limit setting" and turn the corresponding upper limit setting knob, and the required upper limit temperature value will be displayed at this time; Then turn the switch to the "measurement" position, and the digital display shows the actual temperature value of the measured object. When the actual value is lower than the lower limit set value, the green light is on, and the upper limit relays are always low-pass and high-break; When the actual value reaches or exceeds the lower limit set value but is still lower than the upper limit set value, the green light and red light are all extinguished, and the lower limit relay is always low-cut and Qualcomm, and the upper limit relay is always low-cut and high-cut; When the actual value reaches or exceeds the upper limit set value, the red light is on, and the upper and lower limit relays here are always low-off and always Qualcomm. Generally, the output of the lower limit relay can be used for auxiliary heating control and the upper limit relay for heating control, or the output of the lower limit relay can be used for temperature control and the output of the upper limit relay can be used for over-temperature alarm. For instruments with suffix "f", the temperature value required by the upper limit must be adjusted to be higher than the temperature value required by the lower limit

When the actual value is lower than the lower limit value, the green light is on, and the relay always turns low and heats up; When the actual value is higher than the lower limit and lower than the upper limit, it is still a total low pass, and the temperature is raised; When the actual value is higher than the upper limit, the red light is on, the relay is always Qualcomm and always low-off, and the heating is stopped. Only when the actual value is lower than the lower limit, the green light is on and always low-pass, and the whole process is repeated. There is only one relay output, so that it can be connected with the load conveniently.
7. xmt–131, 132, XMTA-231, 232, XMTD-231, 232, XMT-831, 832, XMTE-231, 232; When the actual temperature does not enter the proportional band, the green light is on, the relay is always low-pass and high-break, and the load is heated up; When entering the proportional band, the relay starts to switch regularly and the traffic lights change periodically. The higher the temperature is, the shorter the total low-pass time is, and vice versa. The instrument changes the temperature by changing the average heating power of the load. For example, instruments with over-limit alarm function, such as XMTA–2311, 2312, XMTA-2311, 2312, can be used for acousto-optic alarm or cooling device when the temperature exceeds the required temperature by 3–1%. Other methods of use are the same as XMT-11 and 12.
V. Precautions
1. When the instrument is kept, its environment should meet the technical requirements, and there should be no corrosive gas on site.
2. If the instrument damage is caused by poor manufacturing quality, it will be repaired free of charge within 18 months; If it is caused by unpacking, storage or improper use, our factory is responsible for lifelong maintenance, and the user will pay the repair cost as appropriate.
3. When ordering, the instrument model, the graduation number and measuring range of the temperature sensing element to be used shall be indicated in the contract, such as XMT-11, K, –13℃; If you need to buy temperature sensing elements, please also specify the graduation number, specification, length, etc.
4. If the instrument is used for measuring and controlling pressure, flow and liquid level, the name, model and specification of the matched detection element shall be informed;
