Noli Co., Ltd. was formerly a collective small enterprise that produced coal machinery in Changxing Second Light System. In 2000, the company was restructured and its industrial structure was adjusted, entering the field of warehousing, logistics and handling equipment manufacturing.
Later, due to the EU’s anti-dumping investigation on manual handling vehicles, Noli shares were forced to enter the field of intelligent warehousing equipment. Until now, the sales volume of Nuoli's electric walking forklifts still ranks among the top in the domestic market.
In 2016, Nuoli completed the acquisition of 90% stake in Zhongding Integration and entered the field of intelligent logistics systems. In 2019, it acquired the remaining 10 shares of Zhongding Integration, and Zhongding Integration became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noli. In terms of products, Zhongding Integration started with stackers and conveying equipment, and has a complete set of solutions from workshop conveying, palletizing and sorting to automated warehousing integration. The ultra-high, over-weight and ultra-large tunnel stackers developed by Zhongding Integration have ranked first in the industry and are the largest stacker crane supplier in China.
In 2019, Noli's warehousing and logistics vehicles and equipment revenue was 1.830 billion, with a gross profit margin of 23.63.

Lanjian Intelligent
Lanjian Intelligent was founded in 1993 and has been deeply involved in automated intelligent logistics systems for 27 years. It has independently developed and designed stackers, hoists, AGVs, shuttles, and automatic Logistics equipment such as carton unpacking machines, automatic depalletizing machines, and automatic packaging machines; independently developed intelligent software systems such as embedded software, business application software, and business intelligence software.
