The oil and gas recovery system consists of three parts: quick couplings and caps at the bottom of the tank, manual or pneumatic valves, elbows, seamless steel tubing; seamless steel tubing through the bottom and top of the tank, or external piping connection system; elbows, manual or pneumatic valves at the top of the tank, hoses, parallel mains, elbows returned to the tank body and so on.

The role of the tanker truck's oil and gas recovery system is in the tanker truck loading and unloading process, the realization of the fully enclosed gas recovery, to limit the oil and gas emissions into the atmosphere. That is, in the tanker truck and oil storage tank of the oil pipeline and oil and gas recovery pipe connected to a closed oil and gas recovery pipeline. While the tanker truck is unloading oil through the unloading pipeline, the oil and gas in the tank of the gas station is returned to the tanker truck through the gas return pipeline. The tanker truck will bring the oil and gas back to the oil depot for treatment to achieve the purpose of oil and gas recovery. The oil input will increase the volatilization and dispersion of oil and gas due to the oscillation and undulation of the liquid level, so the injection pipe must be deep below the oil level to reduce the disturbance of the liquid level. The opening of the oil and gas recovery pipe is equipped with a special opening function device, when the oil and gas recovery pipeline of the tanker truck is correctly connected to the oil tank, the recovery port will be opened, and at the same time, the exhaust pipe will be closed, so that the oil and gas in the oil tank can be completely returned to the tanker truck by the recovery port.
