Article 10 In addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in Articles 7 and 8 of these Measures, Class B institutions shall also meet the following conditions:

Article 15: When the validity period of the qualification certificate expires, if the environmental impact assessment agency needs to continue to engage in the preparation of environmental impact reports (forms), it shall apply for qualification renewal ninety working days before the expiration of the validity period.
Article 16: Institutions applying for qualifications shall submit qualification applications through the Ministry of Environmental Protection government website and submit written application materials in triplicate to the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection will accept qualification applications that have complete application materials and comply with the prescribed form, and issue a written acceptance receipt; if the application materials are incomplete or do not meet the prescribed form, the Ministry of Environmental Protection will notify the Ministry of Environmental Protection once within five working days. Article 19: If the institution applying for qualification conceals relevant information or provides false materials, the Ministry of Environmental Protection will not accept the qualification application or approve the qualification.
