Jinan Municipal People's Government's Decision on the Adjustment of Some Municipal Administrative Powers Matters to be Implemented by Zhangqiu District
In order to promote the high-quality development of the regional economy, deepen the decentralization of government, and in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Permits" and other laws and regulations, it is decided to adjust the 299 items of Municipal administrative power matters adjusted by Zhangqiu District.
The relevant departments (units) of the municipal people's government and the people's government of Zhangqiu District should seriously organize the implementation of the development of specific convergence programs, within 30 days from the date of publication of this decision to complete the relevant handover work; improve the matters of the adjusted handling procedures, the implementation of financial guarantees, technical support, guidance and training and other measures, make full use of the unified government service platform, the implementation of online processing. Before the adjustment of matters to undertake in place, the relevant departments (units) of the municipal people's government should continue to do a good job of accepting, reviewing and other work to avoid work disjointed.
Changqiu District People's Government should strengthen the organizational leadership, according to this decision to adjust the list of administrative powers at this level in a timely manner, the adjustment of matters to take over the supervision and management of the department (unit) to strengthen to ensure that the relevant responsibilities are in place, and found that the problem is corrected in a timely manner.
