After the State Administration of Market Supervision formulated and published the detailed rules for the examination of relevant food production licenses, the detailed rules for the examination of local specialty food production licenses were automatically abolished.
The local market supervision and management departments at or above the county level shall abide by the General Rules for the Examination of Food Production Licenses and the Detailed Rules for the Examination of Food Production Licenses when examining food production licenses.
