The internship technician of State Power Xinjiang Torimatas Wind Power Phase II Project is my first post, and my work experience in the past year is summarized as follows: 1. Understanding of this project.
The name of the project is "Installation of Fan, Box Transformer and Collection Line Construction of Guodian Tottori Wind Power Phase II 49.5MW Project". The project construction site is Mayitas, Toli County, Tacheng District, Xinjiang.
Guodian Torimaitas Wind Power Phase II 49.5MW Project is located in Tori County, Tacheng District, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and the construction site is in a low hilly area. There are ***33 combined power UP77- 150065m high and low temperature wind turbines (including UP-77 IIA 1500 kW low temperature wind turbines). UP-77IIA+ 1500kW low-temperature fan (2 1) with a total installed capacity of 49.5MW.
The installation of 33 wind turbines in this project started synchronously with the construction of power collection lines in 35KV yard, and the commencement date was 2065438+May 2, 2005. Due to the delay of the arrival time of the fan room and blades in the early stage of the owner's hoisting, the terrain of the construction site is complex. In the early stage of the project, only the fans in the lower tower, the middle tower and the transformer and distribution cabinet at the bottom of the tower were hoisted, and on May 22, the lower tower and the middle tower 16 were hoisted. On May 28th, the project completed the hoisting of the first fan (standby 35#). After that, during the hoisting process of the fan tower (after the completion of the first 16 fan hoisting), the owner's equipment came into the site in time, and the site conditions were good. Project construction personnel leave before ensuring safety and quality, and the remaining 17 fans are hoisted at the speed of completing the hoisting of the first fan every day.
During this period, the project was delayed by 65,438+08.5 days due to the delayed arrival of the owner's fan equipment. Except for the weather during the construction period, the actual progress of fan installation and construction in this project basically meets the construction progress, and the construction time is slightly shortened.
Torque acceptance of generator set began on June 20th, 20th, 20th15th. During the acceptance period, due to the failure of the hydraulic pump in the United Power Plant for many times, the torque acceptance was not completed until September 30, and the acceptance of the whole fan was completed. On May 30th, 20 15, the electrical installation of wind turbines was started, and the electrical acceptance of 33 wind turbines was completed on August 23rd.
The total length of the current collecting line in 35KV station is 24.8KM During the construction period, the materials supplied by Party A (stay wires, steel-cored aluminum stranded wires, cable accessories, composite insulators, lightning arresters, etc.). ) Delay in entering the site. After the preliminary work of foundation pit separation, re-survey, pole excavation, welding, etc. of collector lines is completed, the preliminary materials will be delayed for 27 days. However, the project leaders and professional workers adjusted the construction plan in time and made all construction preparations before the materials entered the site. On August 9th, 20 15, composite insulators and lightning arresters came into the site, and on August 3rd, 20 13, Party A provided the stay wire of the collector line, steel-core aluminum stranded wire and cable accessories. After the materials entered the site, they organized personnel to count, catalog and cut the materials as soon as possible, and the next day, on August 6, 65438+. The installation of the ground conductor began on August 23rd, but the installation of the optical cable could not be carried out because the design did not provide the construction drawing for the installation of the line optical cable. As of June 5, 10, 19KM, the ground wire of the current collecting line in the site was installed. Although the delay in providing information and drawings by Party A has affected the progress of our project for many times, the project leader actively coordinated with Party A's project department and supervision, flexibly adjusted the construction arrangement and division of labor, made full use of the stop time of materials arrival, and made good arrangements for project employment, so that the Committee meeting of Line 1 of Phase II concentrator line was held on 2015122 and put into trial operation the next day. 165438+1October 7th, the whole line was successfully debugged on line, and there were two live debugging. By virtue of excellent personnel skills and construction quality, the project department ensured that the live debugging of the line was successful once, and won unanimous praise from the relevant leaders of the owner and members of the on-site construction project department.
Second, the preliminary research, arrangement and some experience of engineering data
At the end of the project, data comes first. From the preliminary commencement report and its attachments' quality and technical data, such as company qualification, quality management supervision system, management personnel qualification, construction organization design and technical disclosure, to safety management and supervision, various emergency plans needed on site, and then to a series of equipment and materials necessary for commencement, such as special types of work and construction tools. The arrangement of these preliminary data has become an indispensable part of the smooth start of the project.
The construction records after the commencement of the project, the safety technical disclosure before the hoisting of major projects, and the operation ticket can not only ensure the safety of the construction operation and ensure the quality of the project to reach the standard, but also play an important role in warning and nip in the bud, clarifying responsibilities and proceeding in an orderly manner. The project department also has a safety and quality meeting once a week. All kinds of work contact sheets can not only know the real-time progress of the project in time, but also summarize and solve all kinds of unexpected problems encountered in the construction process in real time, and form a testable record. Weekly and monthly reports submitted to the company, delivery supervisor and Party A can report the construction situation in real time, coordinate and solve various difficulties and problems encountered in the construction process, facilitate the continuous construction of the project and ensure the quality and progress of the project.
As a newcomer and apprentice who just graduated and started employment, through the teaching and work study of teachers, I finally got a preliminary understanding of some methods and classifications of wind power engineering data archiving, which are roughly as follows:
According to the construction progress, it can be divided into three parts: submission of commencement (prophase) data, submission of process control data and submission of completion data.
As this project is mainly about the installation of fans and box-type transformers and the construction of 35KV on-site collecting lines, most of the data of box-type transformer construction and 35KV on-site collecting lines are compiled by the librarians of each team, so I am familiar with the data sorting and classification of the fan installation bid.
For the installation data of wind turbines, professional construction organization design, cranes, spreaders, special types of work, construction personnel and strong poles shall inspect, evaluate and approve the installation implementation plan of wind turbines and the engineering quality of the sub-units. Before the construction, there are safety, construction technical disclosure and safe construction operation tickets, and during the construction, there are generator tower, engine room, impeller and cabinet hoisting, fan electrical installation quality control, inspection records, reinforcement implementation and inspection closed-loop control records. After the hoisting is completed, there are records of checking and acceptance of high-strength bolt torque, inspection records of division and unit projects and completion inspection records, etc.
Through the study and arrangement of the data of this project, it is found that the table number and number of various data are a small detail that is easily overlooked, but because these table numbers and numbers are related to the systematicness and completeness of data arrangement and the convenience of retrieval, they are an indispensable stepping stone and a big problem that cannot be ignored and must be paid attention to.
Although the second-phase contract of Guodian only includes the installation of fans and box-type transformers and the construction of collecting lines in 45KV gas gathering area, after the completion of the project, we can cooperate with Party A's librarians to sort out the first-phase data, and with the help of master, Party A and the librarians of the supervision department, we can learn something about the installation of 35KV gas gathering lines, box-type transformers, 1 10KV booster station buildings and electrical equipment in the gas gathering area of the fan base.

In June this year, I participated in the annual regular spring inspection and pre-test, and the maintenance period was 3 days. I am responsible for debugging the automatic relay protection device. It is more important to test some equipment after power-on. We carefully analyzed the operation mode, considered possible human misoperation accidents, and took corresponding safety measures to ensure foolproof. In just three days, although we were very tired, we learned a lot of hard-won knowledge. Seeing the skilled operation of the test experts, I feel far from it.
