1, metal rolling composite technology:

Metal rolling composite technology is a method of producing metal composite plate by pressure working technology, including cold rolling composite and hot rolling composite. The principle is that the two kinds of metal plates to be compounded are sent to a rolling mill for rolling according to a certain proportion and requirements, and under the strong pressure or bonding heat of the rolling mill, the two kinds of metal plates to be compounded are plastically deformed on the whole section, so that the surfaces to be compounded are deformed, cleaned and activated, thus forming a plane metallurgical bonding. The basic requirements of rolling composite are rolling equipment with strong pressure and professional technology for producing composite plates.

The composite plate manufactured by this method has the following advantages:

(1) can enlarge the size (length and width) of the composite plate;

(2) the production cost is low, and the products are competitive in the market;

(3) continuous production from raw materials to finished products, suitable for mass production;

(4) It is easy to establish a production line with high automation;

(5) The coating material is not easy to be polluted by the base material, and has good bonding performance and stable product quality;

(6) Rolling compound further expands the area and proportion range of composite plate, creating favorable conditions for subsequent processing and product application.

2, metal explosion composite technology:

Metal explosion composite technology is a kind of composite processing technology which uses the huge energy generated by explosives to instantly composite two or more similar or different materials. This technology can weld metals with different properties, especially immiscible metals. Compared with the direct rolling composite method:

(1) The loading speed is fast, that is, the loading process is completed instantly;

(2) High-voltage pulse load is applied to the workpiece, and the loading stress is much higher than the yield strength of the metal material;

(3) The bonding zone is characterized by wave metallurgical bonding;

(4) It is difficult to realize automatic production, with high labor intensity and high production cost.

3, metal explosion-rolling composite technology:

Explosive rolling composite technology refers to the use of explosive composite technology to weld and composite two or more metal plates according to a certain thickness ratio, and then hot-rolled or cold-rolled into composite plates with required thickness specifications according to different conditions and requirements. This method is a new composite technology which combines the advantages of explosive composite technology and rolling composite technology. Its advantages are as follows:

(1) explosive composite billet ensures the welding quality of the connection area of two or three layers of metal plates;

(2) The difficulty and trouble of rolling composite blanks are abandoned;

(3) high production efficiency and high yield;

(4) The composite plate product has high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality;

(5) It can produce various seamless composite plates on a large scale.

Pay attention to production conditions:

1, the two explosion sites are 5000M2, and the charge at one time is more than 1 ton.

2. It has a 5000-square-meter material preparation site, a number of large-scale lifting and transportation equipment, and complete means of surface treatment and cutting.

3. There are several rolling mills and five heat treatment furnaces of various types, which can handle multiple sets of composite plates with the maximum specification of 4 × 8.5M2, 9-roller levelers, 1 1 roller levelers and large hydraulic presses.
