3. Elite stage.
The characteristics of this stage are: control. Elite has irreplaceable characteristics, and some customers often have an elite dubbing name. Customers are willing to change their dubbing plans in order to wait for a dubbing agent (that is, the schedule). This kind of voice actor's timbre is unique and infectious, and the packaging in the later period adds a lot of color. The customer base is stable, and the customer chain (customers' customers) is also stable.
The greatest feature of elite dubbing personnel is not the perfection of sound or equipment, but the unique understanding of the manuscript and the accurate grasp of customer psychology!
