How do voice actors make money? That is, how much is the voice actor paid?

Network voice actor grading, which level are you?

Network dubbing is very different from traditional offline dubbing. Basically, the network dubbing mentioned in this blog is commercial dubbing, which is based on traditional advertising dubbing, including special topics, advertisements, multimedia, corporate videos and so on.

It should be said that the whole network dubbing market is huge and the industrial chain is also very complete. Everyone is busy doing their own work. Basically, network dubbing personnel, if no one answers, just cross the river by feeling the stones!

Let's take a look at several stages of network dubbing:

1: rookie stage.

The characteristics of this stage are: fragility! Novice stage dubbing all know online dubbing. Have a little sound foundation, (system or self-taught broadcast host, or hosted campus programs with hobbies, etc. ) I have equipment, but I am not professional, I can use software, but I am not skilled. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer every day, but the business volume is "sporadic". The ratio of audition times to success times basically explains the 80/20 law.

The dubbing staff at this stage can't stand the wind and rain, the time is not fixed, the equipment is not enough, the customers are picky, and the income is not high ~ ~ Any factor may cause the rookie dubbing staff to give up this bright industry! Facts have also proved that more than half of online distributors choose to leave their jobs at this stage. If you can have extraordinary endurance and survive the most difficult initial stage, you will have the opportunity to transform into the next stage-the stage of becoming a hand!

2. The stage of becoming a hand.

The characteristics of this stage are: maturity. After all kinds of baptism and experience in the rookie stage, broadcasting skills, equipment environment, post-beautification and customer communication have all passed. The dubbing time is relatively fixed. We have basically reached an understanding with our customers and the dubbing price is stable.

At this stage, the technical problems of dubbing personnel are not great, but the degree of stability is not high, and the number and quality of customers are lacking. The number of people accounts for about 30% of the total number of people in the industry. This stage often becomes the bottleneck of many network dubbing personnel and cannot be broken through. The income is basically stable, but it cannot be improved. Changing equipment has become the most common thing for dubbing personnel at this stage! Unfortunately, many people still can't break through the bottleneck after changing their equipment. This stage depends on understanding to reach the next level-elite stage!

3. Elite stage.

The characteristics of this stage are: control. Elite has irreplaceable characteristics, and some customers often have an elite dubbing name. Customers are willing to change their dubbing plans in order to wait for a dubbing agent (that is, the schedule). This kind of voice actor's timbre is unique and infectious, and the packaging in the later period adds a lot of color. The customer base is stable, and the customer chain (customers' customers) is also stable.

The greatest feature of elite dubbing personnel is not the perfection of sound or equipment, but the unique understanding of the manuscript and the accurate grasp of customer psychology! High EQ is an indispensable weapon for elite voice actors. Elite dubbing actors are often well-known offline, dubbing is expensive, and they are industry leaders. The population accounts for about 10%! At this stage, the network dubbing personnel should be the industry leader and the dragon and phoenix in the industry. But behind them, there is a higher-level master-the legendary stage.

4. The legendary stage.

The dubbing staff at this stage can only hear the dubbing works, and can't find this person to dub your manuscript. In this entertainment age where people and stars have appearance prices, if you can afford it, please hire someone. However, there are still some legendary voice actors who live by fate and friendship. Price is not a necessary factor-it is not a question of money! You can hear his voice, but you can't ask him to speak for you. The proportion of people-unknown!

In real life, online voice actors often engage in related occupations, such as announcer, host, teacher and so on. There are more girls in the north than boys in the south. Although more than half of the online voice actors have fallen in the rookie stage, it still can't stop thousands of new people from pouring into this industry every year, just like people climbing the pyramid. The more people leave, the better the scenery!
