Step 3: Preparation of grouting materials.

Step 4: Grouting construction method

2. Secondary grouting shall meet the following requirements. (1), secondary grouting, grouting must be carried out from one side or two adjacent sides until it overflows from the other side, so as to facilitate air exhaust during grouting. Grouting shall not be carried out from all sides at the same time. (2) After grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And shorten the grouting time as much as possible. (3) Vibration is strictly prohibited during grouting. When necessary, the grouting booster can be used to push the HGM grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer, and it is forbidden to push it from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the uniformity of the grouting layer. (4) After the grouting of the equipment foundation, a 45-degree oblique angle (see the figure below) should be cut along the edge of the equipment 3-6 hours after grouting to prevent cracks at the free end. If the cutting edge is treated, the surface of the grouting layer should be polished with a spatula 3-6 hours after grouting. ⑤ When the thickness of grouting layer exceeds 150mm, high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material reinforced by pisolite should be adopted. ⑥ When the grouting quantity of equipment foundation is large, the mechanical mixing method should be adopted for the mixing of pisolite reinforced grouting materials to ensure the grouting construction.
