Journal of Zhengzhou University (Medical Edition) is a bimonthly comprehensive medical and health core periodical sponsored by Zhengzhou University and openly circulated both at home and abroad, and was awarded the Third Prize of the First National Outstanding Science and Technology Periodical jointly issued by State Science and Technology Commission, Central Propaganda Department, and Press and Publication Administration in 1992, and was awarded the Second Prize of the Second National Outstanding Science and Technology Periodical in 1997, and was awarded the First Prize of National Outstanding College Natural Science Journal and Excellent Science and Technology Periodical of Ministry of Education in 1999, and was awarded 8 provincial and ministerial awards. 1 General Provisions

1.1 Manuscripts should be novel in topic, clear in argument, reliable in data, rigorous in structure, clear in hierarchy, well-organized, focused, well-written, accurate in expression, and fluent in speech.?

1.2 The manuscript must be recommended by the first author unit stamp, the author unit should be responsible for the authenticity of the manuscript, confidentiality. The responsibility for the text, do not submit more than one manuscript. Please indicate what kind of awards or funds the work has received and the fund number.

1.3 Manuscripts should be printed in 16 pages with 400 words/page, and should be organized according to the style of the journal. Requirements: complete text and figures, tables, photographs, etc. Simplified characters are based on the General List of Simplified Characters republished by the State Council in 1986. English abstracts should be printed on separate lines for revision. When the manuscript uses letters that are easy to confuse (type of text, upper and lower case, italicized), please mark them with a pencil.

1.4 Terminology should be standardized and expressed consistently throughout the text. Medical terminology, please use the newly published National Natural Science Nomenclature Validation Committee announced the "medical terminology" series, drug names to the "Chinese People's *** and the State Pharmacopoeia" shall prevail. If the original term is too long and appears several times in the text, the full name of the term should be written out at the first appearance, with its abbreviation or acronym in parentheses, and the abbreviation or acronym should be used at all subsequent appearances. Newly translated terms should be accompanied by the foreign language. Recognized abbreviations, such as ELISA, RIA, PCR, HBsAg, etc., can be applied directly.

1.5 Units of Measurement Strictly enforcing the national standard of GB 3100~3102-93 quantities and units. 1.6 Tables and Figures Tables are designed as three-line tables and are arranged with the text. Line drawings should be inked on sulfuric acid paper, with the ratio of thickness of main and auxiliary lines being 2:1, and the ratio of vertical and horizontal coordinates being 5:7. Photographs should be clear, with the sequence, direction, and author's name labeled on the back. The serial numbers and titles of the diagrams and photographs should be indicated in the text, and the location of the diagrams should be left in the corresponding places, and the diagrams and photographs should be enclosed in an envelope. Figure, table labeling in the amount and units separated by "/", such as labeling is the unit of mol / L concentration of H2SO4, should be expressed as "c (H2SO4)/(mol?L-1)", the amount of symbols in italics.

1.7 Statistical symbols GB 3358-82 "statistical terms and symbols" shall prevail. Symbols of case and italics should be clearly labeled. 1.8 Numbers Wherever the use of Arabic numerals is appropriate, Arabic numerals should be used, such as the calendar century, years, years, months, days and moments. The year can not be abbreviated, such as "1999" can not be abbreviated to "99". To date, such as: 30,000 to 50,000 should be written as "30,000 to 50,000", can not be written as "3 to 50,000"; 50% to 80% can not be written as 50 to 80%; 3 × 105 to 5 × 105, can not be written as 3 to 5 × 105. deviation range: Such as (25±1)℃ can also be written as 25℃±1℃, but can not be written as ?25±1℃. 2 Manuscript Organization

2.1 Grading Title The grading of the paper should not be too much, generally 1 to 3 levels. 1.1.2, 1.1.3..." for Level II. The title should be listed after each of the hierarchical numbers. The serial numbers of successive narratives in the text should be ①...; ②...; ③.... The hierarchical title should be short and clear.

2.2 Thesis should include: title, author, author's unit, thesis director profile (name, gender, age, education, title, research direction, E-mail), keywords, Chinese classification number, Chinese abstract, English title, the author's Hanyu Pinyin name, the author's unit of the English translation of the keywords in English, the English abstract (not necessarily with the Chinese abstract, can be written to reflect the content of the full text, and need to be written as a large abstract, and need to be reflected), the author's unit of the author's name. English abstract (not necessarily in contrast to the Chinese abstract, can be written to reflect the content of the full abstract, and need to invite experts to proofread), footnotes, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements and references.

2.2.1 Title (top left): should be precise and concise, distinctive, and reflect the main content of the text, generally no more than 20 Chinese characters (English no more than 10 words, the first word of the first letter should be capitalized, and the rest of the names of people, places, acronyms, are in lower case), generally do not list the subtitle.

2.2.2 Author's name and unit (top left): located under the title. Authors generally no more than seven people, limited to workers participating in the study. Author units should be written to the specific section, the city and zip code. Authors are spelled in Chinese characters. The authors in the English abstract are spelled in Hanyu Pinyin, with the surname in the front (all capital letters), the first name in the back (first letter capitalized), and the authors are separated by commas; foreign authors are written according to the international English convention.

2.2.3 Key words (Key words) (left 2 spaces): 3 to 8 is appropriate. As far as possible from the "Index Medicus" in the year Medical Subject Heading (Medical Subject Heading, MeSH) in the selection of words, in order to facilitate international search. Chinese nouns should be translated from the Medical Subject Heading (MeSH). Chinese medicine names were selected with reference to the Chinese Medicine Subject Heading (MeSH). 2.2.4 CCTS classification number (2 spaces to the left): according to the "Chinese Library Classification" (4th edition).

2.2.5 Abstract (Abstract) (left 2 spaces): generally 400 Chinese characters or 150 to 180 English words is appropriate, the focus of the treatise may not be limited by the number of words. Abstract should be independent of the text, can be cited as secondary literature, not subparagraphs, not the use of charts, tables, do not cite references. The journal according to the purpose (Aim), methods (Methods), results (Results) and conclusions (Conclusion) four structure writing. The English abstract is printed on alternate lines.

2.2.6 Footnotes: placed at the bottom left of the first page, separated from the text by a 5cm horizontal line. The footnote is the funding program of the study and its number (No.).

2.2.7 Introduction: usually not more than 250 characters, the content of the background material for the topic, the reasons for the study, the methods and approaches to solve the problem. It should not be duplicated with the contents of the abstract and discussion section.

2.2.8 Materials and Methods (graded title for the first level): materials refer to the main object of study, materials (drugs, reagents, instruments and equipment); methods, including grouping, experimental procedures, observation methods, statistical design methods. Methods with innovation or major improvements can be described in more detail, and conventional methods can be cited in the literature.?

2.2.9 Results (graded title for the first level): should be in a logical order to objectively describe the results of the study of the data and statistical processing, or the conclusions and views of the study. Do not cite other people's information and do not start analyzing and discussing. If there are more data, complex levels, difficulties in textual presentation, or certain contents that are not suitable for textual presentation (e.g., photographs of morphology and structure, graphs of electrophoresis, chromatography and scanning, etc.), they can be illustrated with figures and tables respectively. However, the expression of text, diagrams and tables should not be repeated.?

2.2.10 Discussion (graded title for the first level): the content of the discussion should be concise and focused, focusing on the results of this study. Specifically, you can choose to write about the following: ① comparison with the results of others; ② interpretation of the results; ③ the value of the results; ④ proposed future topics and prospects. Requirements for objective, factual, appropriately worded, not too far inference, over-evaluation; but also to avoid with the results of the content of the narrative has been repeated.

2.2.11 Acknowledgments (top left): refers to those who have made some contribution to the study but do not appear in the signature, such as providing materials, assisting in experiments, drawing graphs, statistical processing, providing reasonable suggestions, etc., and should be agreed by the person.

2.2.12 References (top left): This item can not be omitted, according to the order of appearance in the text, sequential order. Literature in the text of the serial number should be bracketed in the upper right corner of the name of the person (etc.). When the name of the person is not cited, it is labeled in the upper right corner of the word at the end of the sentence. It can also be written as follows: References [×]. 3 Handling of manuscripts

Manuscripts are reviewed by more than two experts, and the editorial office will notify the authors within three months. If you want to re-submit to other journals, you must contact the editorial office. The editors will review the content of the manuscript on the basis of discussion with the authors. The authors should revise, supplement, delete or explain the retracted manuscript according to the comments and suggestions of the revision, and should refer to the relevant requirements in the "Instructions for Manuscript Submission" of the journal to write the manuscript. The manuscript should be printed on A4 paper with 4 characters, and sent to the editorial office of the journal by Email as a Word (.doc) file, together with the original manuscript and the revision comments, by the specified date.
