The Metrology Center is one of the first batch of testing and calibration laboratories that have been approved by China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and National Defense Science and Technology Industry Laboratory Accreditation Committee (DILAC). It is also one of the few testing and calibration laboratories in China approved by CNAS, DILAC and the military laboratory of the General Armament Department. It also passed China Metrology Certification (CMA), established 75 highest standards for enterprise metrology, and the 3 12 metrology calibration project was approved by CNAS and DILAC. It is also the designated traceability unit of the Communication Department of the General Staff of China People's Liberation Army, and the released data can be traced back to China Metrology Institute and International Bureau of Metrology.
With its strong scientific research and development capabilities, the Metrology Center has made remarkable achievements in the research of national defense metrology technology, the compilation of national appraisal regulations, the automatic testing of software, and the undertaking of scientific research projects. The measurement and test standards such as standard inductor, Loran C timing receiver, high-power metering device, frequency hopping parameter test system, digital communication test system, network equipment test system, data cable test system and filter out-of-band intermodulation test system have been developed for the first time in China, filling the gaps in the corresponding fields in China, and presiding over the compilation of a number of national and industrial measurement and test specifications, among which 9 industrial calibration specifications, such as voice channel characteristic analyzer and optical analog line, are still in use and bear the responsibility of the country. The Metrology Center has a strong technical force, with a professional technical team of nearly 200 people, including technical assessors of the National Accreditation Committee of China Laboratory, members of the Electronic Metrology Technical Committee of the Ministry of Information Industry, auditors of national defense electronic metrology, vice chairman of Guangdong Metrology and Testing Association and other technical experts. Through continuous technical transformation and upgrading, the Metrology Center has established 75 enterprises' highest standards and 108 sub-standards, and has more than 2,000 advanced precision standard devices and instruments at home and abroad. Electromagnetic compatibility testing center is a professional laboratory with the largest scale, the most advanced testing equipment, the most extensive testing items and the highest level of testing automation in South China. It has perfect electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic immunity (EMS) testing ability, and meets the testing requirements of military and civil standards of products. It can be used for testing automotive electronics, information, household appliances, lighting, audio and video, vehicle, airborne and ship-borne components. Radio and telecommunications terminal equipment, industrial/scientific/medical equipment, machinery and military products provide one-stop EMC testing services such as EMC design, EMC testing and pre-testing, EMC rectification and solutions, and final certification testing, especially in the EMC testing and electromagnetic protection measurement of automotive electronics, military products, wireless electronics and other products.
Automotive electronic products have comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility testing ability, and it is the only laboratory in South China that can meet the requirements of ISO7637 standard. The test range includes radiation immunity, radio disturbance, component/module conduction and radiation emission, voltage instantaneous disturbance, power line instantaneous conduction immunity, signal line instantaneous conduction immunity, electrostatic discharge, darkroom radiation immunity and large current injection radiation immunity, which fully meets the ISO7637 instantaneous immunity test standard for automotive electronic products and also meets the requirements of enterprise standards of major automobile manufacturers such as Volkswagen, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Occupational health and safety management system is the management demand of the 2nd/Kloc-0th century, which plays a very important role in ensuring the health and safety of workers, improving work efficiency and reducing accident losses. There are many pollution sources that affect occupational health and production safety, involving various production units and management units, including physical, chemical, biological, psychological and physiological behaviors and other hazards, which are easy to cause property losses, harm the environment, affect human health and even cause injury accidents. Specifically, it mainly includes noise, vibration, electromagnetic radiation, illumination, indoor air pollution, and pollution of various chemical substances (such as flammable gases, fire extinguishing agents, pesticides and other chemical reagents).
