Checklist is a table that finds out various possible risk factors based on the scientific analysis of a system according to the system engineering analysis method, and then lists these risk factors in the form of questions. It can be compiled by risk management professionals, production technicians and workers according to categories such as team, equipment and cycle.
Classification:
Generally speaking, according to the purpose or type of work, the checklist can be divided into the following two types.
Spot check list.
When it is defined to be used at design time, it is only used as a correct or wrong comment. Its main function is to confirm the implementation status of operation, execution and maintenance of equipment and instruments or to prevent accidents, so as to ensure the safe use during use. This kind of checklist is mainly used to confirm the status in the process of inspection and verification, so as to prevent negligence or omission of operations, such as education and training checklist, equipment maintenance checklist and vehicle condition checklist before driving.
Record the checklist.
This checklist is used to collect planning data and apply it to the record of bad causes and bad projects. The method is to divide the data into several categories and record them with symbols, strokes or graphics. Because it is often used to record the lack of work, good quality and so on, it is also called improvement checklist.
