First, encourage more people to learn Chinese medicine to inherit the culture of Chinese medicine hospitals. When I went to the hospital, I found that most doctors used western medicine, and most of them were western medicine. Although many old Chinese medicine practitioners are very capable, their popularity is not high. Moreover, some people go to see a doctor, thinking that western medicine can get quick results, while Chinese medicine needs long-term conditioning, so they give up Chinese medicine and switch to western medicine.
I think people should be aware of the importance of TCM in order to maintain the culture of TCM, and more people need to be encouraged to learn TCM. Many humanities majors focus on employment prospects. When many hospitals recruit doctors, they recruit western medicine majors, while Chinese medicine majors are rare. This makes many people choose western medicine instead of Chinese medicine. Therefore, in order to inherit the culture of Chinese medicine, I think more people should be encouraged to learn Chinese medicine and create more employment opportunities for Chinese medicine. Only when someone learns can they learn the essence and inherit the culture of traditional Chinese medicine.
Second, let people who have deep research on Chinese medicine hospitals publish more books and record their knowledge in the books. Some Chinese medicine practitioners have made great achievements in Chinese medicine. They have a unique research on Chinese medicine. I think these people should be allowed to publish more books and record what they have learned all their lives, so that future generations can learn and pass on their research results.
