Legal basis: "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License" Article 12 The applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Age conditions:

(2) Physical conditions:
1. Height: If you apply for large buses, tractor-trailers, city buses, large trucks, trolley buses, your height is 155 centimeters or more. Apply for a medium-sized bus driving license, the height of 150 centimeters or more;

3. Color vision: no red-green color blindness;
4. Hearing: Able to recognize the direction of the sound source 50 centimeters from the tuning fork in each ear. Hearing impaired but wearing hearing aids can meet the above conditions, you can apply for a small car, small automatic transmission car permit type of motor vehicle driving license;
5, upper limbs: both hands with a sound thumb, the other fingers of each hand must be three fingers sound, limb and finger motor function is normal. However, the end of the fingers are disabled or the left hand has three fingers sound, and the palms of both hands are intact, you can apply for a small car, small automatic transmission vehicles, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled vehicles permit type of motor vehicle driver's license;
6, the lower limbs: the lower limbs of the two sound and motor function is normal, the length of the unequal shall not be greater than 5 centimeters. However, if the left lower limb is missing or has lost its motor function, it can apply for a motor vehicle driving license of the permitted driving type for small automatic transmission vehicles;
7, trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction;
8, the right lower limb, both lower limbs are missing or have lost their motor function but are able to sit and stand up on their own and the upper limb is in line with the provisions of Item 5, it can apply for a motor vehicle driving license of the permitted driving type for small automatic transmission passenger vehicles for persons with disabilities.
