Chuan Da Kehong is one of the earliest scientific research institutions engaged in RFID research and development, manufacturing, promotion, in the four links of the RFID industry chain (chip, packaging, read-write, application system), my institute is mainly engaged in the development of RFID read-write and application system, and at the same time, my institute also has the ability to integrate the large-scale projects.
Currently, the Institute has a greater influence in the field of R&D and manufacturing of RFID read/write equipment and application system development in China, and the Institute is one of the first members of China's electronic label standard working group.
In terms of research and development, we have set up an RFID expert committee specializing in RFID basic research and underlying research, RFID expert committee gathered Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other units in the radio frequency aspects of the authoritative experts; at the same time, we also set up a doctoral degree, masters degree students engaged in the development of specific applications, mainly in the development of the RFID R&D Center. In the application system development, my institute is a software enterprise in Sichuan Province, there are dozens of computer software copyright software products, but also through the international CMMI certification, the Institute's software R & D center has a number of software engineers engaged in more than 10 years of software research and development, they are in the development of embedded systems, the development of the underlying interface have accumulated a wealth of experience. Composition:
The software R&D team of ChuanDa Kehong is based on the scientific research of Sichuan University, and there are more than 30 R&D personnel, including 6 project managers, 5 system analysts, 10 software designers, 15 programmers, 2 DBAs, and 5 test engineers. Personnel are college degree or above, engaged in software development work for more than five years the proportion of more than 60%, of which more than 30% of the senior software engineers above the qualifications of the developers.
Team Structure:
Requirements Research Group: Responsible for understanding the customer's overall business functions and each business-related departments and positions and personnel information. In-depth description of the functionality and performance of the software, determining the constraints of the software design and the details of the interface between the software and other system elements, defining other requirements for the effectiveness of the software, analyzing the object of the study of requirements analysis is the user requirements of the software project, accurately expressing the accepted user requirements, identifying the system elements of the software system being developed, and assigning functionality and information structure to these system elements.
Architecture Design Group: Responsible for designing advanced and standardized environment and framework required for software production from the perspective of software production, so that software production is more efficient, the life cycle of software will be longer, and the reusability of software will be well improved.
Artwork design team: responsible for the front-end picture and text editing, design the interface in line with the product.
Program development team: responsible for the research and development of new products, new technologies and product version upgrade design and development work, including collaborative business products, workflow products, supply chain products, distribution DMS product research and development and upgrade work.
Testing Team: Responsible for product testing and quality assurance, the products and projects released by the software development team must pass the test of the testing department, and can be released to external customers only after passing the test, to ensure the quality of the products and customer satisfaction.
Technical Services Group: Responsible for the baseline management of product development to ensure that every released product and customized project can be tracked. Each version released to the customer can be configured through the configuration management center of each software process, the code and documentation of each stage of the reproduction.
Software development process:
The software development of our institute strictly follows the CMMI and ISO9001 quality management system. According to the CMMI-based SSP (Simplified Parallel Process, SPP), the software development process is divided into 18 process domains for management and control.
The SPP flowchart is shown in the following figure:
