Laboratory automated assembly line

Laboratory automation production line: In order to realize the system integration of one or several inspection systems in clinical laboratories, such as clinical chemistry, immunology and hematology, the same or different analytical instruments are connected with the analysis systems before and after laboratory analysis through automated production lines and information networks, forming a fully automatic assembly line operating environment, covering the whole inspection process and forming a large-scale automation of the whole inspection process.

Laboratory automation process: integrating multiple modular analysis systems to realize full automation of specimen processing, transmission, analysis, data processing and analysis. Specimens can be tested in clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology and other sub-disciplines in the laboratory of automatic production line. The automation of the whole laboratory includes: automatically processing specimens, automatically transferring and classifying specimens to corresponding analysis workstations, automatically analyzing, using standardized operating system software to recheck the analysis results, storing the analyzed specimens and rechecking the stored specimens at any time.
