8 enterprise engineering, technology and economic management personnel's professional title certificate, identity certificate and labor contract copy;
9. If there are several requirements for professionals and skilled workers, provide professional title certificates or post certificates, identity documents, labor contracts, professional certification materials and social security certificates;
10. Drawings, photos, project statements, etc. shall be provided for the bid-winning notice, construction contract, completion acceptance sheet or quality verification materials of the project. ;
1 1. Statistics for the last three years (basic information of legal entity, production situation of construction enterprises, financial situation, material consumption of construction enterprises);
12. Audited financial statements for the last three years (balance sheet and income statement);
13. If the qualification standard has specific requirements for the equipment and workshop of the enterprise, the enterprise shall issue relevant certificates such as equipment purchase or lease contract, invoice, house property certificate or lease contract;
14. Other materials required by laws and regulations.
