Tongliao Special Equipment Inspection Institute (formerly Zhelimumeng Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Institute) was established in February of 198 1 year, originally under the Personnel and Labor Bureau of Zhelimumeng, and was registered by the Ministry of Labor in 1992. 1999 merged with Zhelimu League Labor Safety and Health Supervision Station, and was placed under Tongliao Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau as a whole in the same year. At the beginning of 2006, it was officially renamed Tongliao Special Equipment Inspection Institute. It is a deputy-level public welfare institution with independent legal personality, and a comprehensive inspection and testing institution approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine that specializes in regular inspection, supervision and inspection of special equipment. Now he is a member of China Special Equipment Inspection Association and China Boiler Water Treatment Association.
