2, evaporation temperature is different
Low temperature evaporator evaporates at about 30℃, while MVR evaporation temperature is 70~90℃. Evaporation temperature is low, can reduce other substances in the wastewater due to high temperature produces secondary quality change, more convenient. Low-temperature evaporator water at room temperature, do not need cooling water, while the MVR water needs to be used to further cooling water.
3, covers an area of different
Low-temperature evaporator belongs to the small skid mounted equipment, covers an area of small; MVR belongs to the large non-standard engineering equipment, covers an area of wide.
4, the use of different ranges
Low-temperature evaporator is suitable for the composition of more complex wastewater, especially for wastewater zero discharge field; and MVR is suitable for fixed single-component wastewater, if the wastewater in the impurity is too much, will greatly reduce the stability of the MVR system.
