2. Plastic blow mold: it is a mold used to shape hollow products of plastic containers (such as beverage bottles, daily necessities and other packaging containers). According to the process principle, the main forms of blow molding are extrusion blow molding and injection molding. According to the process principle, there are extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, injection stretch blow molding (commonly known as "injection stretch blow molding"), multi-layer blow molding and sheet blow molding. The equipment corresponding to blow molding of hollow products is usually called plastic blow molding machine, and blow molding is only suitable for producing thermoplastic products. The structure of the blow mold is relatively simple, and the materials used are mostly carbon.
3. Plastic suction mold: it is a mold for molding some relatively simple plastic products with plastic plates and sheets as raw materials. The principle is that the plastic plates and sheets fixed on the female die or male die are deformed under the condition of heating and softening to obtain the required molded products, which are mainly used to produce some daily necessities, food and toy packaging products. Because of the low pressure during molding, the plastic suction mold is mostly made of cast aluminum or non-metallic materials, and its structure is relatively simple.
4. Plastic wire drawing die: mainly used for producing plastic wire. Its principle is that the plastic melted by the extruder passes through the small hole on the die, and then it is cooled, stretched and rolled to form the final wire drawing product. Die materials are mostly cold-working die steel or nitride steel, and the structure is relatively simple.
