(d) discharge, dumping of industrial waste, municipal garbage and other wastes into water bodies, or in rivers, lakes, canals, reservoirs below the maximum water level line of the beaches and slopes and banks of solid waste and other pollutants piled up, stored;

(e) discharge, dumping of radioactive solid wastes or wastewater containing high-level radioactive, medium-level radioactive substances into water bodies;

(f) discharge, dumping of radioactive solid waste or containing high-level radioactive, medium-level radioactive substances; and radioactive substances;

(vi) discharging wastewater containing low radioactive substances, thermal wastewater, or sewage containing pathogens into water bodies in violation of relevant state regulations or standards;

(vii) dumping ships' garbage into water bodies;

(viii) dividing and occupying the water surface of reservoirs as well as the capacity of reservoirs, and encircling the beaches to make fields, or encircling the reservoirs to make ponds;

(ix) electrocuting, poisoning and blowing up fish;
