Liaoning Datang International Fuxin Coal-to-Natural Gas Project is invested and constructed by China Datang Corporation. The total investment of the project is 2.457 billion yuan, and the construction scale is 400 million standard cubic meters/year of natural gas. At the same time, the target markets of natural gas are Shenyang, Fuxin, Tieling, Fushun, Benxi and Liaoning urban agglomerations. The project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on March 5, 20 10, and the groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 29, 20 10, and the project entered the stage of comprehensive construction.
