White line (RA): the intersection of the right midclavicular line and the 2nd intercostal space.?
Green line (RL): right lower abdomen.
Black line (LA): intersection of left midclavicular line and 2nd intercostal space.?
Red line (LL) : left lower abdomen.
Brown line (C) : C1 4th intercostal space at the right edge of the sternum C2 4th intercostal space at the left edge of the sternum C3 Midpoint of the line connecting the two points of C2 and C4 C4 Intersection of the midclavicular line and the 5th intercostal space C5 Intersection of the left anterior axillary line at the same level of V4 C6 Intersection of the left midaxillary line at the same level of V4?
The six refer to the measurement of the six positions of the chest electrode, that is, when the electrode is attached to the measurement, the V or C chest electrode is attached to the measurement of only one of the C1~C6.
Expanded Information
Measurement Methods
Four measurement methods are available, and the user can choose one of the measurement methods shown below to perform the measurements according to needs. It is recommended to use the lead wire measurement method or the chest measurement method for measurement; in case of inconvenience, the hand measurement method can be used for measurement.
1, lead wire measurement method
Lead wire is an optional accessory, with the lead wire can only use this measurement method and use with the monitor manufacturer to match the lead wire
When using the lead wire measurement, you can put the electrodes on the corresponding position of the chest for measurement, you can also put the electrodes on the corresponding position of the limb measurement. Insert the leadwire plug into the lead socket of the host computer, and connect the leadwire after attaching the disposable ECG electrode sheet to the corresponding position on the chest or limb for measurement.
2. Chest Measurement Method
With the right hand holding the ECG monitor, the index finger of the right hand is close to the right metal electrode, and the left metal electrode is close to the intersection of the left midclavicular line and the 5th intercostal space. The specific location of the left metal electrode can be referred to the following tips or contact your doctor to help you determine the exact location.
3. Leg Measurement Method
The right hand holds the ECG monitor, the index finger of the right hand is close to the right metal electrode, and the left metal electrode is close to the inside of the ankle of the left leg.
4. Hand measurement method
The right hand holds the ECG monitor, the right index finger is close to the right metal electrode, and the left metal electrode is close to the palm of the left hand.
Note: When measuring, the two hands should not touch each other.
