2. Implementation of Disaster Relief Drill

1. This drill plans to set up a water penetration disaster accident at the PD3 tunnel working face. The drill: underground personnel evacuate the well according to the disaster avoidance route.

2. The general manager is the commander-in-chief of this disaster relief drill, and the office director is responsible for overall coordination.

3. Disaster relief drill: Some workers came out of the well, and the PD3 working face was led by Zhang Jun, the excavation team leader, to conduct the drill, and the remaining workers on the working face worked normally.

4. Drill process

At 14:35, Zhang Jun, leader of the PD3 tunnel excavation team, reported to the dispatching room that a water leakage accident occurred underground. At the same time, all water pumps in the drainage system were turned on to pump water. The office After receiving the call, the personnel immediately notified the workers at the working face of PD No. 3 to evacuate according to the emergency route, and quickly reported it to the general manager.

At 14:37, the personnel at the PD3 tunnel working surface began to evacuate according to the escape route. At 14:38, after receiving the report, the general manager immediately notified members of the emergency headquarters to gather in the conference room immediately.

At 14:39, relevant personnel arrived at the conference room and established a rescue headquarters. Commander-in-Chief Li Zhanhai launched the emergency rescue plan for water penetration accidents and took overall command of the rescue work. At 14:42, according to the emergency plan for water penetration accidents and the arrangements of the on-site emergency headquarters, each emergency rescue team began to deploy rescue and rescue work.

At 14:45, the excavation squad leader verified the number of people underground and reported it to the emergency rescue headquarters.

At 14:47, the rescue team arrived at the wellhead, put on protective equipment and prepared to go down to the well for rescue.

The medical rescue team arrived at the wellhead at 14:48 and was ready to take

rescue measures for people in distress.

At 14:53, the alert team completed the alert and maintained the stability of the mining area.

At 15:20, the excavation squad leader counted the number of people in distress. All personnel on the PD3 working surface had been evacuated to the ground and reported to the headquarters.

At 15:25, the headquarters announced that the disaster relief drill was successfully concluded.

3. Evaluation of the effectiveness of disaster relief drills

1. Headquarters personnel arrived in the conference room in time to direct disaster relief. During the drill, various departments cooperated well. The rescue team members act quickly and can play a better role in disaster relief.

2. The disaster relief facilities in the company’s mines are in good condition and can fully function.

3. On-site personnel have strong disaster response capabilities, are familiar with disaster evacuation routes, and act in a unified manner.

4. Improvement measures

1. Strengthen employee safety training, improve employees’ disaster response capabilities, strengthen rescue team training, and improve emergency disaster relief capabilities.
