Browning is only an inner process. Circuit board browning chemicals and technical problems are solved by inner engineers and laboratories, so the operators in this position themselves do not have much technical content. Generally, circuit board factories will not recruit specifically for this position, because inner-level operators only need two or three days of training to do this position.
So if you are looking for a job elsewhere, you can enter the factory as a skilled circuit board worker, but you may not be allowed to continue doing this position.
