After study, the provincial people's government has decided that Ganjiang New Area shall exercise some provincial economic and social management authority, *** counting 61 items, which shall be entrusted by the original implementing authority to the Ganjiang New Area Management Committee in the scope of Ganjiang New Area in accordance with the law. The original implementing authority shall strengthen the operational guidance, training and supervision of the Ganjiang New Area Management Committee, the Ganjiang New Area Management Committee shall take the initiative to docking, standardize the management, optimize the process, implement the responsibility to develop the relevant management system, to establish an effective mechanism to undertake the economic and social management authority, and to complete the implementation of economic and social management authority within thirty days after the issuance of the present Decision.
According to laws and regulations, documents of the State Council or other actual situations that require the cancellation, decentralization or adjustment of economic and social management authority in the catalog annexed to the Decision, the Provincial Office of Government Service Management shall report to the provincial people's government for agreement on the economic and social management authority to be adjusted in the catalog in due course.
