Epson printer can't recognize usb

Please first make sure that only the power light is always on when the printer is turned on. If the status of other indicator lights is on or flashing, please refer to the supplied Operation Manual for troubleshooting. When only the power light is on, please do the following:

(1) Right-click on "Computer" - >. "Management"-> "Services and Applications", double-click "Services", set "Print Spooler" to the "On" status.

(2) Click "Start"-> "Printers and Faxes" or "Devices and Printers" in the lower left corner of your computer to see if there is an icon for this printer. If not, please refer to the following correct method to install the driver:

(3) If there is a printer icon in use, please click the right mouse button, click on the icon and select "Printer Properties", click "Print Test Page". "Print test page", if you can print the test page normally, it means that the driver has been installed correctly. If you can't print the test page, please delete the printer icon, and then re-plug the printer end of the USB port, under normal circumstances, a new icon will appear, please set this icon as the default printer can be.

(6) If there is still no "New Hardware Found", or no "USBprinting support", we suggest you replace the USB cable with a shielded magnetic ring within 2 meters, or replace the computer to test.
