Vacuum debugging:

Vacuum box debugging:

After the vacuum debugging is completed, the following operations can be done:

a. Turn on the vacuum box power supply, this time, the power indicator should be bright (6090 and 6210 should be turned on the thermostat switch) thermostat power self-check, PV screen shows the measured temperature inside the working chamber, SV screen shows the temperature set at the time of factory. Temperature control instrument on the AT and HEAT and other lights should be bright, indicating that the instrument into the heating of the working state.

b. Modify the set temperature

1. Press the function key (SET) of the temperature control instrument; PV screen displays the SP characters, the key head button for the set temperature modification (6090 and 6210 type of 2 and 3 instruments should be set to modify the following similar).

2. After the modification is completed, press the SET button again, the PV screen displays ST characters, set the timing time.

c. When the studio temperature is close to the set temperature, the HEAT lamp flashes on and off, indicating that the heating into the PID regulation stage, the instrument sometimes measures the temperature exceeds the set temperature, and sometimes lower than the set temperature is a normal phenomenon. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, and then wait 1~2h after the studio into the constant temperature state, the goods into the drying stage.

d. Required temperature is lower, the second setting can be used, such as the required working temperature of 70 ℃, the first time the first set 60 ℃, such as the temperature overshoot began to fall back, and then the second setting of 70 ℃, so that can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of overshooting the temperature as soon as possible to enter the state of constant temperature.

e. When the items are dry, turn off the power, if the accelerated cooling, open the bleeder valve so that the vacuum is 0, to be about 5 minutes and then open the door.

4. If the humidity of the drying material in the working chamber is large, the moisture generated will affect the performance of the vacuum pump, it is recommended to string a "drying/filter" between the drying box and the vacuum pump.

5. If it is necessary to add nitrogen and other inert gases in the process of drying articles, it should be specified in the contract and equipped with an additional air inlet valve.

(Note:

Precautions for use

1. The vacuum box shell must be effectively grounded to ensure the safety of use.

2. The vacuum box should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is ≤85%RH, there is no corrosive gas in the surrounding area, and there is no strong vibration source or strong electromagnetic field.

3. Vacuum box studio without explosion-proof, anti-corrosion treatment, shall not put flammable, explosive, easy to produce corrosive gases for drying.

4. The vacuum pump can not work for a long time, so when the vacuum degree reaches the requirement of drying goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree is less than the requirement of drying goods, then open the vacuum valve and the power supply of the vacuum pump and continue to pump the vacuum, so as to prolong the service life of the vacuum pump.

5. If the dry goods are wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent the wet gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump failure.

6. If the dry goods are changed to light weight and small volume (small granular) after drying, the vacuum port in the working chamber should be equipped with a barrier net to prevent the dry goods from being sucked in and damaging the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve).

7. 8. Bleeder valve rubber plug if rotating difficult, can be coated with an appropriate amount of grease lubrication. (Such as petroleum jelly)

9. In addition to maintenance, can not be removed from the left side of the box cover (except 6090 and 6210 type) to avoid damage to the electrical control system.

10. Vacuum box should always keep clean. Box door glass should not be wiped with a reactive chemical solution, should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.

11. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, will be exposed to the outside of the plating parts after wiping coated with neutral grease, in order to prevent corrosion, and set on the plastic film dust cover, placed in a dry room, so as to avoid moisture damage to the electrical components, affecting the use.

12. Vacuum box does not require continuous pumping use, you should first close the vacuum valve, and then turn off the vacuum pump power, otherwise the vacuum pump oil to be backed up to the box.
