104.01 General Requirements
1. The Contractor shall establish offices, housing, medical and health care, workshops, work yards, warehouses and storage yards, and fire protection facilities necessary for construction and management.
2. The site shall be selected by the contractor himself, but shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the contract terms.
3. The general layout of the construction of the site, including protection, fencing, temporary access and safety, fire prevention arrangements, shall be approved by the supervising engineer in advance.
4. The management and maintenance of the resident construction shall meet the requirements of scientific management and civilized construction. After the handover of the project, the contractor shall restore the original appearance of the premises at his own expense and be accepted by the supervising engineer. 104.02 Office, Housing and Living Area
1. The Contractor shall reasonably arrange the production and living facilities according to the construction design.
2. The Contractor shall construct on-site offices and housing and living quarters for all personnel within its central site area.
3. The contractor should be configured with the scale of the project site office equipment (including microcomputer networking required models and software), measuring instruments, test equipment and transportation.
4. The contractor shall green and beautify the production and living camp. Fire and safety facilities should be fully in place, and deal with temporary rainwater and sewage discharge to prevent pollution of the environment.
104.03 Site Laboratory
1. During the implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall set up a site laboratory at its premises, and a site laboratory or mobile laboratory at the bridge, tunnel site or independent work site, which shall be responsible for the material inspection and quality control test. The testing equipment shall be qualified by the corresponding measuring department or testing organization, and shall be regularly calibrated in use. The test room and test instruments, equipment and all supplies are provided by the contractor at his own expense.
2. The site laboratory should be able to undertake the detection and testing related to the quality control of the project, and should also undertake the materials to be used in the standard test and mix ratio test and other related tests.
3. The contractor shall appoint technicians with practical experience to do the test work, and be responsible for equipment maintenance, overhaul and so on.
4. The test results of site laboratory and mobile laboratory should be sent to the supervising engineer for approval in time according to the relevant regulations.
5. The contractor shall submit to the supervisory engineer within 14d after signing the contract the list of equipment, instruments, items and test room layout plan that must be equipped with the site test room, and submit it to the supervisory engineer for review and approval.
6. After the handover of the project, the Contractor shall remove all facilities, equipment, devices and other materials from the site test room and mobile test room.
104.04 Medical Health and Fire Fighting Facilities
1. Site Medical
(1) During the execution of the works, the Contractor shall be responsible for providing necessary medical and first aid services to site personnel.
(2) The Contractor shall employ for the site medical personnel who are qualified to practise medicine and are experienced in health care and first aid.
(3) The medical facilities (including rooms, instruments, medicines, first-aid vehicles, etc.) provided by the Contractor shall obtain the approval of the local medical and health administration.
(4) The Contractor shall obtain and comply with the opinions of the relevant medical and health epidemic prevention and management authorities on issues related to water supply, environmental sanitation, garbage and sewage disposal, and workers' health.
2. Fire prevention
During the construction of the Project, the Contractor shall configure fire-fighting equipment in accordance with the relevant regulations of the local fire-fighting management department and set up a person in charge of educating the site personnel about fire prevention.
104.05 Other construction
1. Workshop and workplace
(1) In order to maintain, overhaul or improve all the construction machinery used in this project and reprocess the project materials (such as reinforcement bars, steel plates, etc.), the workshop must be equipped with corresponding processing equipment.
(2) construction machinery parking lot, should be kept clean and easy for workers to operate, and to ensure that the access channel is clear.
2. Warehouses, storage yards and mixing yards
The size and composition of the warehouse area should be able to provide sufficient area for the storage of materials, fuels, spare parts and other objects, and the number of stored materials and spare parts to ensure that the project's needs. Warehouses, storage yards and mixing yards should be kept clean, the ground should be hardened, different materials should be marked and stacked separately, gray powdery materials should be covered, and should prevent harmful substances from contamination and mixing with other substances.
104.06 Demolition and Removal of Contractor's Residential Facilities
At the time of handing over of the project, all buildings and their fixtures and fittings and accessories in the Contractor's premises are the property of the Contractor, who shall demolish and relocate them in their entirety.
