Main functions:
I, the implementation of public **** resources trading services related laws, regulations and policies, is responsible for the provincial public **** resources trading platform and network system construction, operation, management, for the entry of the provincial public **** resources trading market for all kinds of public **** resources trading activities to provide places, facilities and services.
