(4) The qualifications of environmental impact assessment engineers in the environmental impact report category B and the environmental impact report category of nuclear and radiation projects within the scope of assessment shall comply with the provisions in Item (2) of Article 10 of these Measures.

Measures for the Administration of Qualification for Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects Article 8 An environmental assessment institution shall have a fixed office space, a quality assurance system for environmental impact assessment, and establish and implement systems for undertaking environmental impact assessment business, quality control, file management and qualification certificate management.
Article 9 In addition to the conditions stipulated in Articles 7 and 8 of these Measures, a Grade A institution shall also meet the following conditions: (1) It has been continuously qualified in recent four years and presided over the preparation of at least eight environmental impact reports approved or approved by the competent authorities.
