Before charging the mobile device, please remove all metal objects from the charging plate. Metal objects (such as coins, keys, rings or paper clips) between the phone and the charging pad will become very hot. In case the charging system can't detect the metal object sandwiched between the mobile phone and the charger, please take out the mobile phone first, and then take it off the charging board after the metal object cools down to prevent it from burning out.
To charge a mobile device:
1. Open the temperature control system panel.
2. Remove all items from the charging pad. If there is anything on the charging board, the system may not be able to charge.
3. Place the mobile device face up above the @ symbol on the charging board.
4. Move the mobile device slowly until the lightning icon is displayed on the infotainment screen, indicating that the mobile device is correctly placed and charging.
