Free blood donors are exempt from the fees prescribed in the preceding paragraph when they need blood clinically; The spouses and immediate family members of unpaid blood donors may, in accordance with the provisions of the people's governments of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, exempt or reduce the fees prescribed in the preceding paragraph when using blood for clinical purposes.
The fee waiver varies from province to province. In addition, people's governments at all levels and the Red Cross Society will reward units and individuals who actively participate in blood donation and have made remarkable achievements in blood donation.

Voluntary blood donors donate blood within the province, and their spouses and immediate family members shall enjoy the following rights for clinical blood use:
1. If the unpaid blood donor donates more than 200ml, the blood collection, storage, separation, inspection and other expenses will be exempted when I use the blood clinically;
2, unpaid blood donors have donated 600 to 1000 ml (including 1000 ml), and their spouses and immediate family members use blood for clinical purposes, and the total amount does not exceed 2 times of the total amount of blood donation, exempt from the fees prescribed in the preceding paragraph; If the amount of blood donated by unpaid blood donors exceeds 1 1,000 ml, their spouses and immediate family members shall be exempted from the fees specified in the preceding paragraph when using blood for clinical purposes. ?
3, unpaid blood donors donate blood within the province, blood test is unqualified, in no more than 3 times the amount of blood donation within the scope of free blood collection, storage, separation, inspection and other expenses. ?
