The project uses groundwater source heat pump system, the host brand: Kaifeng Guoli.
2. Geological conditions
The project is located in Zhengzhou city, geomorphologically belongs to the Yellow River alluvial plains and flood plains of the intersection of the lithology of the aquifer for the fine sand, silt and so on, 159m thick, the depth of the water table is 9m.
The project is designed to pump and irrigate the number of wells, of which there are two pumping wells, the depth of the wells is 98m, the recharge wells are 4 wells, the wells depth is 70m. the single-well output of 100m3/h, the single-well discharge 100m3/h, single well recharge volume 50m3/h. Pumping and irrigation wells operating mode for two pumping, four irrigation, the actual operation of a pumping well can generally meet the water requirements. The distribution of wells is shown in Figure 4-14, of which, #3 and #6 are pumping wells, #1, #2, #4 and #5 are recharge wells, with a diameter of 0.4m.
The system operates as follows: in summer, the system generally operates all day long from May 25th to September 25th, and the indoor temperature reaches 21℃ at an ambient temperature of 33-35℃; in winter, the system generally operates from November 10th to February 25th; in winter, the system generally operates from November 10th to February 25th. Winter operation is generally from November 10 to February 10 of the following year, all-day operation, outdoor ambient temperature -5 ℃, the indoor temperature can reach 20 ℃. 1.Project Overview
The project is located in the health of the West Road South of the newly built Yongxingyuan district, built in 2004 and put into use, for the five 17-storey residential buildings composed of **** there are 516 households; the road north of the existing buildings for the four multi-storey residential buildings, 380 households, a total of about 10 × 104m2 building area. The building area is about 10×104m2. The ground temperature central air-conditioning of Yongxingyuan district has been used for 6 years, and it has become a model district in Luoyang City. The project adopts underground water source heat pump system.
2. Geological conditions
The project is located in Luoyang Basin on the second terrace of Luohe River, and the type of groundwater is the pore water of loose rock of the fourth system. The aquifer is pebble gravel and medium-coarse sand, with permeability coefficient (k) of 64m/d, thickness of 41m, depth of groundwater level of 24m, direction of groundwater runoff from north-west to south-east, unit gushing volume of 80~130m3/h-m, and unit recharging volume of 54m3/h-m.
Multi-year average air temperature in Luoyang City is 14.9℃, and the temperature of shallow groundwater is 16~18℃, and the measured temperature of one area of the district is 18℃. A measured temperature of 18 ℃. Groundwater level is affected by meteorology and the water level of Luo River, with an annual variation of 2~4m.
The quality of groundwater is of HCO3-SO4-Ca-Mg type, with a mineralization degree of 680.26mg/L, a pH value of 7.5, a total hardness of 471.5mg/L, and the total amount of potting scale of 462.7mg/L, which is a kind of water with more potting scale.
The Fe3+ is 0.08mg/L, and Fe2+ is 0.04mg/L. Fe2+ is 0.04mg/L, soluble SiO2 is 18.0mg/L, and oxygen consumption is 0.72mg/L.
3. System design
(1) Design meteorological parameters
Winter heating outdoor calculated temperature: Tw is -5℃; summer cooling outdoor calculated temperature: Tw is 35.9℃.
(2) Room design conditions
Living room: 25℃ in summer, 18℃ in winter; dining room: 25℃ in summer, 18℃ in winter; bedroom: 26℃ in summer, 25℃ in winter; bathroom: 26℃ in summer, 25℃ in winter.
(3) Maximum Cold and Heat Load
The project is designed to have a maximum cold load of 8,141W/7,000kcd-h per household at the same time, and a maximum heat load of 6,000W/5,160kcd-h per household at the same time, with a supply of cold water of 7 to 12℃ in summer and hot water of 55 to 45℃ in winter.
The project is designed to have a maximum simultaneous cooling load of 6460k W and a maximum heating heat load of 4596k W. The heat pump unit supplies sanitary hot water with a maximum temperature of 48℃ to the sanitary hot water tank, and the designed flow rate is 40t/h.
(4) Water source heat pump unit
The project adopts four Italian Clemente PE/SRH3602/B type water source heat pump units. The cooling capacity (QL) of each unit is 1648kW, the total cooling capacity is 6592kW, and the heating capacity (QR) of each unit is 1670kW. 3 heat pump units can meet the requirements, and one heat pump unit is used to prepare sanitary hot water.
(5) engineering design wells
The project design wells 8, arranged into A, B two rows (groups), numbered A1 to A4 and B1 to B4. two rows of wells group spacing is 95m, well spacing 48.5 ~ 73.6m. 4 of them are pumping wells, 4 eyes for recharge wells, wells group A and wells group B pumping, injection can be interchanged. This is usually done at the time of seasonal change.
(6) Variable flow control of deep-well pump
1~4 deep-well pumps are frequency conversion pumps, and the variable speed of the pumps is controlled by the temperature of the recharge water, and the temperature of the recharge water in summer is controlled at (29±1)℃, and the rotational speed of the pumps is reduced when it is lower than the lower limit, and the rotational speed of the pumps is increased when it is higher than the upper limit. Winter back to the water temperature control in (8 ± 1) ℃, below the lower limit to increase the pump speed, higher than the upper limit to reduce the pump speed. The highest frequency 50Hz, the lowest frequency 40Hz (adjustable). When the frequency reaches the lower limit of flow is still large, close a pump. When the frequency reaches the upper limit is still small, start a pump. So as to achieve the purpose of saving water and electricity.
(7) water treatment

4. System operation
Since 2004, the system has been running well, due to the old residential end of the North District has not been transformed, so far still can not be used, only the South District ShuiXingYuan community 5 high-level use. Summer running time for June 15 to September 15, winter running time for November 15 to March 15 the following year, the peak start 2 pumps can meet the user requirements. Over the years, the indoor temperature has reached the design comfort requirements, and the pumping wells and recharge wells system are running normally, which can guarantee the full amount of recharge. And running costs are low, 0.07 yuan / m2 per day, saving millions of yuan per year in electricity costs, near and far visitors more than a hundred times a year.
Three, Henan Province Geology and Mining Bureau of the first Geological Engineering Institute office building groundwater source heat pump air-conditioning system
1.Project Overview
Henan Province Geology and Mining Bureau of the first Geological Engineering Institute office building is located in Zhumadian City, Leshan Road, No. 90, with a total floor area of 3,200 m2, for the north and south of the two 3-story building, the old wall insulation is poor, non-energy-saving buildings. The north building is a single-sided corner building, and the south building is a double-sided building. The project adopts the groundwater source heat pump system, and the air-conditioning design is heating in winter and cooling in summer.
2. Shallow geothermal energy conditions
Shallow geothermal energy is stored in the middle and lower Pleistocene Clay of the Quaternary System, pulverized clay, thin layers of sand and groundwater. Groundwater exists in the fissure of clay and pore space of sand layer, the water-richness is generally weak, the temperature is 19.1℃ in 200m depth, the surge volume of a single well is generally about 500m3/d, the recharge ability of the aquifer is generally weak, and the recharge volume of a single well is generally less than 500m3/d.
The project***Construction of 3 water wells, the depth of a single well is 130m, and the diameter of the drilled hole is (9)650mm, the well pipe is (φ)300mm, and the well pipe is (φ)350mm. The well pipe is (φ)300mm reinforced cement welded pipe, in which the aquifer section is the corresponding specification of the filter water pipe, single well water output capacity of 32m3/h. One pumping and two back, through the pumping and recharging test, pumping 27m 3/h, fully recharged after the rise in the water level of 13.2m, the corresponding depth of the water table is 10.9m.

4. Operation effect

(3) In the process of operation and use, the water system 1 pumping and 2 irrigation to meet the requirements of use, the air conditioning system fully automatic control, to achieve the effect of low noise, energy saving, environmental protection, comfort and safety.
5. Economic Benefit Analysis
Summer cooling operation 73 days, *** electricity 15912 degrees; winter heating operation 122 days, *** electricity 61944 degrees. Total total electricity consumption 77856 degrees. The unit price of electricity is 0.78 yuan/degree, and the total running cost is calculated to be RMB 60,727.68 yuan, and the comprehensive converted running unit price is RMB 0.0973 yuan/m2 per day. before the renovation, the annual running cost of the original office building's refrigeration and heating (boiler + electric air-conditioning) is RMB 3,200,000 yuan. After the use of geothermal air conditioning, the annual operating cost savings of 259,300 yuan RMB, 3 years to recover the installation costs.
Four, some other geothermal central air-conditioning system
Currently, there are more than a thousand users of various types of geothermal air-conditioning in the study area, which has been developing rapidly and has been applied with better results (Table 8-2).
