Professor Dong Chen is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He is one of the founders and international authorities in the field of research related to the differentiation, regulation and function of Th17 cells, and has also made pioneering contributions to the discovery and study of Tfh and Tfr cells.

Professor Dong Chen's group is dedicated to immunology research, focusing on the molecular regulatory mechanisms of T-cell-related immune tolerance and immune response, as well as in-depth investigations of novel tumor immunotherapies in autoimmune diseases, inflammation, and tumors.

Professor Lu Linrong's group

Professor Lu Linrong is a National Ten Thousand People Plan Leader and National Outstanding Young Person.

The ICS (Immune Cell Signaling) group led by Prof. Lu focuses on signaling and regulatory mechanisms during T cell development and differentiation.

The laboratory focuses on the pathogenesis of autoimmune inflammation and autoimmune diseases, as well as the role of immune effects and regulatory mechanisms in anti-viral and anti-tumor immune responses.

Lai Guan Ng's group

Ng Lai Guan is a Senior Investigator and Director of the Center for Systemic Immunity Research at Renji Hospital, Shanghai Institute of Immunotherapy Innovation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

Ng Lai Guan is a Senior Investigator of the Center for Systemic Immunity Research, Shanghai Institute for Immunotherapy Innovation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

In technological innovation and development, we have developed and optimized microscopic imaging techniques such as in vivo multiphoton and 3D holistic imaging of organs.

Published more than 60 SCI articles in international journals during the period from 2015 to 2023, of which more than 20 are corresponding author/***same corresponding author articles.

According to google scholar statistics, the total citations of the articles are more than 15,000, with an h-index of 60; and in 2020 and 2023, we will be recognized as a "Highly Cited Scientist" in the global field for two consecutive years (Highly Cited Researcher). Researcher Yi Zhong, Ph.

Doctoral degree in bioinformatics from the University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2016.

Was awarded the EU Marie Curie Scholar Award at the doctoral level.

Later, she did postdoctoral research in immunology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center/HHMIRudensky Fellowship Laboratory, USA.

In 2023, he joined Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as a Talent Introduction route to conduct research in systems immunology and computational biology.

Successively published several research papers in Nature Immunology (2022), Immunity (2019, 2020), CellResearch (2010, 2011) and Bioinformatics (2017) as the first and corresponding authors (including *** same).

The team's subject research is characterized by the intersection of disciplines, integrating cell biology, computational biology, epigenetics, single-cell sequencing technology and other strategies to study immunological problems.

Shuo Chen's group

Shuo Chen received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the School of Life Sciences, Fudan University, and received his PhD degree in Clinical Medicine from Oxford University School of Medicine, where he studied the structural biology of tumor signaling and viruses under the tutelage of Royal Society Fellows Yvonne Jones and Dave Stuart.

Since then, he has been engaged in tumor suppression research in the laboratory of Yvonne Jones and at the Ludwig Institute, Oxford University, under the supervision of Royal Society Fellow Xin Lu.

He has now returned to China to join the Institute as the Medical Structural Biology Group Leader.

Relying on Renji Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai Institute of Immunotherapy Innovation, and Shanghai Cancer Institute, the group takes structural biology as an entry point, focuses on the roles and mechanisms of key molecular hubs in major human diseases such as cancers and virus-induced infectious diseases, and is y engaged in the precision medicine targeting the mechanisms of the roles of these molecules, and discovers and creates drugs, constructs nano-machines, and builds tumor suppressors through artificial intelligence, protein engineering, and other methods. Through artificial intelligence, protein engineering and other methods, we will create drugs, build nano-machines and molecular factories, thus contributing to the construction of "Healthy China" and the promotion of human health.

Fu Guotong's group

Fu Guotong received his Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2017, and then carried out postdoctoral work at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the United States.

He joined SITI in January 2022, and his research interests are humoral immunity and tumor immunity.

In the past five years, she has published academic papers as the first author in journals such as Nature and JEM, as well as several academic papers as a *** co-author.

The laboratory is making full use of mouse models, immunological methods, systems biology (e.g., CRISPR screening and single-cell sequencing, etc.) and computational biology to reveal the regulatory mechanisms of humoral and tumor immunity.

Researcher Fan Wu focuses on Immunopathogenesis, neutralizing antibodies and vaccines for major infectious viral diseases.

Researcher Lei Zhou's group

Researcher Lei Zhou received his B.S. degree from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University in 2011, and Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from East China Normal University in 2016, and carried out his postdoctoral research at Cornell University Medical College, U.S.A., from 2016-2023, and was appointed as a researcher of Shanghai Institute of Immunotherapy Innovation in 2022. researcher with research interests in mucosal immunology and neuroimmunology.

The group will utilize mouse animal models and clinical patient samples, combined with high-throughput screening and computational biology methods to (i) reveal the functions and mechanisms of intrinsic lymphocytes in homeostasis, inflammation, and cancer in the body, and (ii) explore the interactions among the intestinal flora, immune system, and enteric nervous system.

Researcher Liu Zhi's group

Liu Zhi, received his PhD degree from the Shanghai Institutes for Life Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in the United States from 2016-2022, where he received the Melvin Cohn Award, and joined the Renji Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine/Shanghai Immunotherapy Innovation Research Institute.

Successively published academic papers as the first author in NatureImmunology, CellDeath&Differentiation, JMolCellBiol, etc., and published several important research papers as ****same author.
