The working principle of centrifugal pump,

First, the basic structure of centrifugal pump There are many kinds of centrifugal pumps. The basic structure of a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is shown in figure1-1,which mainly includes a volute-shaped pump shell, a pump shaft, an impeller, a suction pipe, a water pressure pipe, a bottom valve, a control valve, an irrigation funnel and a pump seat.

Second, the working principle of centrifugal pump

The working principle of centrifugal pump is to use the centrifugal force of water due to the rotation of impeller. Before the centrifugal pump starts, the pump shell and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then the motor is started to make the pump shaft drive the impeller and water to rotate at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, water is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and flows into the water pressure pipe of the pump through the flow channel of the volute pump shell. In the center of the impeller of the water pump, because water is thrown out by centrifugal force to form a vacuum, the water in the suction box is pressed into the pump shell under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the impeller keeps rotating, so that the water keeps flowing in and out under the action of the impeller, thus achieving the purpose of conveying water.
