A, machine tool location environment requirements
The position of the NC machine tool should be far away from the vibration source to avoid the direct irradiation of light and the influence of thermal amplitude, humidity and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, an anti-vibration trench should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and the electronic components will have poor contact and malfunction, which will affect the reliability of the machine tool.
Second, the power requirements
CNC lathes are generally installed in machining workshops, which not only causes great changes in ambient temperature and poor operating conditions, but also causes large fluctuations in the power grid due to many electromechanical devices. Therefore, the position of CNC lathe requires strict control of power supply voltage, and the fluctuation of power supply voltage must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable, otherwise it will affect the normal work of CNC system.
Third, the temperature conditions.
The environmental temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there is an exhaust fan or air cooler in the numerical control cabinet to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the working temperature of the central processing unit is constant or the temperature difference changes little. Excessive temperature and humidity will shorten the life of control system components and lead to more failures. With the increase of temperature and humidity, the increase of dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit.
Four, according to the provisions of the manual to use the machine tool.
Users are not allowed to arbitrarily change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system when using CNC machine tools. These parameters are directly related to the dynamic characteristics of machine tool components. Only the value of the clearance compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Users can't change machine tool accessories at will, such as using hydraulic chuck beyond specifications. When setting accessories, manufacturers should fully consider the parameter matching of each link. Blind replacement causes parameter mismatch in each link, and even causes accidents.
