What first aid is available on the train?
There are only medical devices for first aid and some emergency medicines for trauma on the train. There are no medicines for internal use, as the conductor is not a doctor and can't give you any medicines. Some trains have a doctor on board - for example, the train to Lhasa. If your condition worsens on the train, the conductor will compile a passenger record and hand you over to the nearest station so that you can get off the train and seek medical attention (they can't afford the responsibility of delaying your condition). It will delay your condition. It will delay the best time for treatment. (I used to be a bus captain so I am more familiar with these)
