Is the written test for hospital equipment department recruitment mainly on analog and digital electricity or will it be on knowledge of medical equipment?

Mainly circuit knowledge.

There is some analog and digital electricity.

And a small amount of medical knowledge.

Biomedical engineering is supposed to be a combination of medicine and engineering.

If you can read circuit diagrams, you'll have no problem with the exam.
