What are the job duties of the outpatient department

Responsible for patient reception, triage, and orientation to ensure that patients are able to have a smooth visit.

Responsible for the entry, organization and filing of outpatient information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of outpatient information.

Assisting doctors in diagnosis and treatment, such as measuring blood pressure, blood sugar and other vital signs, assisting doctors in issuing prescriptions and checklists.

Responsible for the collection, billing and reimbursement of outpatient medical expenses to ensure the reasonableness and accuracy of charges.

Participates in outpatient medical quality management, supervises and inspects medical quality and medical safety, and identifies and corrects problems in a timely manner.

Responsible for the management of outpatient medications, including the procurement, storage, distribution and underwriting of medications to ensure the quality and safety of medications.

Participates in the maintenance and management of outpatient medical equipment to ensure normal operation of medical equipment.

Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection and epidemic prevention and control of the outpatient environment in order to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.

Participate in the handling of outpatient medical disputes, coordinate doctor-patient relationship, and maintain the reputation and image of the hospital.

Completing other tasks assigned by the superior leadership, and constantly improving their business capacity and service level.
